Here’s a look at some prospects in the 2022 class getting some attention from programs at the next level. Here's a look at Part I.

Big man [player_tooltip player_id="848067" first="Patrick" last="Wessler"] is starting to create some buzz on a national scale with offers coming from NC State, Ohio State and West Virginia in the month of June. Iowa, Providence and Virginia Tech are a few other high major programs to seek out the talented prospect. He’s a name due for a big summer in North Carolina’s 2022 class.

[player_tooltip player_id="932456" first="Omari" last="Bolden"] earned an offer from in-state college Catawba. It should be the first of a few offers Bolden should receive as college coaches get more eyes on him given his ability to attack on all three levels and defend multiple spots on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="848077" first="Karon" last="Boyd"]- Houston Baptist is the first offer for Boyd, who emerged in the Cannon School frontcourt and continues to turn heads on the grassroots scene with the Charlotte Hoyas. He’s a forward prospect with a huge motor and knack for making plays around the rim on both ends. He’s a 6-foot-6 prospect worth getting eyes on.

[player_tooltip player_id="944980" first="Charles" last="McClennahan"] - Catawba and Shaw University are two schools that have extended offers for McClennahan. He’s emerged in the Quality Education Academy/PSB Elite rotation of late with his ability to play either forward spot, rebound in bunches and create on the perimeter. He’s a sleeper prospect in the 2022 class.

[player_tooltip player_id="577847" first="Nikolas" last="Graves"] - Charlotte and Mercer are two mid-major programs that have offered Graves of late. He also has an offer from Boston. He’s a point guard that’s gotten a lot more aggressive with the ball in his hands and does well controlling the pace of the game. Look for his name to start growing on the recruiting trail.

[player_tooltip player_id="577864" first="Nolan" last="Hodge"] - Radford, High Point and UNC-Wilmington are the latest schools to offer the 6-foot-6 wing prospect. He’s an electric prospect that continues to make waves at Northern Guilford High and with the Carolina Gaters. A lot of eyes will be on their squad in 2021-22 as they’ve got a talented group with Hodge leading the charge.
