Leland Walker Leland Walker 5'11" | PG North Central | 2022 VA – 5’11 PG – North Central – Team Teague 2022: Walker is a shorter lead guard that looked so impressive in spring ball. He was showing a great amount of creativeness and was finding all sorts of different ways to contribute. He was one of the top scorers in the state and had multiple 30+ point games. Currently has a good chuck of low/mid-major offers and will be a guy that will for sure get some more this summer.
Ryan Conwell Ryan Conwell 6'2" | SG Pike | 2022 State #155 Nation IN – 6’2 SG – Indianapolis Pike – EG10 2022: Conwell is a taller shooting guard that seems to look more and more like a complete, reliable player each time we see him. He is a lefty that can play on and off the ball, whichever is needed of him. Starting to show off his range and is still very good on the drive and scoring around the rim. Low majors have been giving him the most attention but have a strong feeling that the mid-majors are going to offer him this summer.
Tayshawn Comer Tayshawn Comer 6'0" | PG Cathedral | 2022 State #226 Nation IN – 6’0 PG – Cathedral – Indy Heat 2022 EYBL: Comer is a shorter lead guard that looks better and better each time we see him. He is a consistent player with a very balanced game all around. Has some great decision making and is quick with those. Has some tremendous scoring ability but plays like a truer lead guard and gets his teammates involved. He is a low to mid-major player right now and should be in for a huge summer.
A.J. Roseman A.J. Roseman 6'0" | PG Bishop Chatard | 2022 State IN – 6’0 PG – Bishop Chatard – Team Future 2022: Roseman is a PG that has shown some growth in his body this past year. Tough player that has the talent to do a little bit of everything. Sees the floor real well and uses his speed to make those flashy plays at times. Probably the most overlooked player in this list that has shown at times that he can play with the best of them. Given the right opportunity, Roseman could be a breakout player this summer.
Nick Klaiber Nick Klaiber 6'1" | PG Bloomington North | 2022 State IN – 6’1 PG – Bloomington North – Indiana Elite 2022: Klaiber is a lead guard that has all the talent to compete at a high level. Real shifty and can score in a multitude of ways. Lot of confidence in his game is not afraid of the big moments. Don’t exactly know what his offer situation is currently but have been seeing him take visits and could for sure see him racking up a few more from low-majors. Big opportunity for Klaiber coming up.
Jalen Jackson Jalen Jackson 6'2" | PG Fort Wayne Northrop | 2022 State IN – 6’2 SG – Fort Wayne Carroll – Indy Heat Red 2022: Jackson is a taller lead guard that can be so physical at times. Pretty quick and beats guys off the dribble a lot of the time. Type of player that would much rather play through contact and either finish or distribute at the rim. Had a great spring and is easily one of the best players still on the board that could rack up more offers from low-majors.
Julian Norris Julian Norris 6'3" | SG Evansville Bosse | 2022 MO – 6’3 PG/SG – Evansville Bosse – C2K Elite 2022: Norris is a combo guard that brings a ton of efficiency to a team. Was a ton more “on-ball” this spring which allowed us to see a little more of his skillset. Solid outside shooter with a high-arching shot but can really do damage around the rim. Overall, continued to look like a pretty smooth player that I feel could be a real breakout player this summer as well.
Branden Northern Branden Northern 5'11" | PG Silver Creek | 2022 State IN – 5’10 PG – Silver Creek – D1 Indiana 2022: Northern is shorter, talented lead guard that often has gotten overlooked these past 3 years. This past spring, he showed a little preview of what he is going to bring this summer and fall as he looked really solid as a playmaking guard. Very quick first step and has a high IQ with the ball in his hands. More of a 15ft and in type of guard that can score and distribute. Northern’s stock has risen and feel like it will continue to rise as he continues to show what he can be when not overshadowed by two D1 players.
Amhad Jarrard Amhad Jarrard 6'4" | SG Mt. Vernon-Fortville | 2022 State IN – 6’4 SG – Mt. Vernon-Fortville – George Hill All Indy 2022: Jarrard is a highly athletic shooting guard that had one of the best springs in the 2022 class. He was making plays left and right it seemed like and was showing off his ability to easily get to the rim and slam it home. He still is a little raw at times but has that skill and athleticism that can help mold him into a more complete player. Has a few offers from low-majors and do not be surprised to see him rack up a ton more if he plays like he did in spring. Jarrard could be on the rise here.
Dayveon Turner Dayveon Turner 5'11" | PG Arsenal Tech | 2022 State IN – 5’11 PG – Arsenal Tech – Team Teague 2022: Turner is an extremely quick lead guard that is also pretty balanced with his scoring and distributing. With having Leland Walker Leland Walker 5'11" | PG North Central | 2022 VA on his team, he played a ton off the ball this spring but was able to show his impressive shooting from behind the arch. There were times where he played that point guard spot and that is where he looked a bit more natural. Huge opportunity for Turner this summer because with the talent on his team, you know coaches will have eyes on them by default.
