Will Harris shared a half hour with PrepHoopsTN Sunday evening, elaborating on a wildly successful AAU weekend coaching the PSB-Nashville 16u team in Gatlinburg.

Eddie Ricks III

"He is a power-5 (conference recruit)," said Coach Harris. "He is a 6’7" guard. He is shooting like high 30’s from 3 this summer."

Asked if Ricks is relatively new to the area, Coach Harris shared, "He just moved in from Texas. He played at Vandergrift. It is in Austin. His dad moved to Clarksville. He is a top 5 player in the state for sure. His potential is unlimited. When he starts playing like he did this weekend he is going to become a national recruit."

"Tonight in our 17u game against BMaze [player_tooltip player_id="1011998" first="Kristian" last="Shaw"] had 17 points in the first half," gleefully stated Coach Harris Sunday evening. "[player_tooltip player_id="1006439" first="J.J." last="Wheat"] had 25 points and guarded [player_tooltip player_id="996904" first="Brian" last="Edwards Jr"]. the whole game.

The 17u team is filled with guards, most of them certifiable college prospects.

"They lack a true interior presence," said Coach Harris. "After those two guys, Eddie Ricks played up. ’He was third in scoring.’"

Caden Herron

"We have Caden Herron from Hillsboro," said Coach Harris. "We have Nehemiah Holmes (FRA). He has been solid for us. He is a good rebounder. He is expanding his game on the wing a little bit. He was probably our best player in Louisville. Once he is able to get to his spot a little quicker. H will be a lot more effective. He is only like 6’4" or 6"5" at the most. He is going to be a wing, so we are developing that skillset now. He doesn’t play on the block for us at all. Good kid. No attitude. Works out twice a week and he also works out two times as well."

"Camden Andrews played up with us (17u) tonight," shared Coach Will Harris Sunday night. "He goes to Hamilton Heights. Really crafty finisher in the lane. Working on his outside shot. Really good from the stripe. Plus defender at his size. Knows how to run the team. [player_tooltip player_id="537125" first="Jacobi" last="Wood"] has been helping me out this summer. He has been mentoring him a bit."

[player_tooltip player_id="1034068" first="Messiah" last="Ward"]

"[player_tooltip player_id="1034068" first="Messiah" last="Ward"] (Rossview). He shoots it well. He moved from Knoxville, I think Central. Then his family moved to Clarksville. We have Xavier Robinson (Goodpasture)."

Drey Moss

"Drey Moss (Brentwood Academy)," detailed Coach Harris. "He is a great energy player. He plays the game so hard. Not super skilled but he impacts winning."

A.J. Davis

"He didn’t play last year (for Gallatin), because of Co-Vid."
