With the conclusion of the high school basketball season and most colleges are done playing, we’ve seen an uptick in commitments from high school seniors. There’s nothing better than seeing a kid take advantage of all the hard work he’s done both on the floor and in the classroom. With that being said, we still have five players left in the top 30 uncommitted. [player_tooltip player_id="918967" first="Tasos" last="Cook"] and [player_tooltip player_id="805202" first="Quincy" last="Clark"] have both received a couple offers, riding impressive performances throughout a state championship run.

A hand-full of players throughout the top 50 are still uncommitted as well. It seems like some Division II programs took a while to start making offers, as some players are just getting their first offers now. I feel that guards like [player_tooltip player_id="805141" first="Jonah" last="Waag"], [player_tooltip player_id="918982" first="Ramelle" last="Arnold"], [player_tooltip player_id="805186" first="Jamarr" last="Talbert"] and [player_tooltip player_id="805181" first="CamRon" last="McKenzie"] might be flying under the radar.

Alderson Broaddus made a splash with [player_tooltip player_id="918983" first="Sirr" last="Hughes"] and [player_tooltip player_id="919043" first="Jalen" last="Knott"] from state champion Lutheran East. [player_tooltip player_id="1078606" first="Jared" last="Lary"] and [player_tooltip player_id="918991" first="Collin" last="Albert"] (both Falcons teammates) both have offers posted but are uncommitted.

A decent amount of PF’s still are unsigned, [player_tooltip player_id="855927" first="Keyshawn" last="Hall"], [player_tooltip player_id="1041445" first="Ian" last="Schupp"], [player_tooltip player_id="919019" first="Tyishawn" last="Smiley"], [player_tooltip player_id="918989" first="Davon" last="Smith Johnson"] and [player_tooltip player_id="919026" first="Royal" last="Sibley"] are all scholarship level forwards still available.

[player_tooltip player_id="1106207" first="Quentin" last="Toles"] was one of the more under the radar guards in the 2021 class, he stayed close to home with Walsh University grabbing the talented scoring guard. [player_tooltip player_id="919041" first="Ayden" last="Schneider"] also decided to commit to Thomas Moore very recently.

[player_tooltip player_id="1078682" first="Ashton" last="Price"] was one of the more coveted point guards at the Division III level, I think he’ll be a starter for Baldwin Wallace before his career is over.

Both [player_tooltip player_id="967132" first="Owen" last="Nichols"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1106195" first="Brennen" last="Blevins"] impressed against Lutheran East, I’ll be intrigued to see where that duo ends up.

[player_tooltip player_id="1041442" first="Jayden" last="Priddy Powell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1078691" first="Steven" last="Key"] each had a nice state tournaments, they’ve turned that into some new offers.

[player_tooltip player_id="919044" first="Grant" last="Pahl"] and [player_tooltip player_id="714541" first="Tayt" last="Birnesser"] are two of the better available NW Ohio SG’s, both of them are recently off the board.

Continue to check in with this as we do our best to update who is committed where. Please message us on twitter @prephoopsoh or @mikerothou if you know of a player who is committed and isn’t indicated on the website.
