The new 2021 rankings are out.

This season ended up being a short AIA season, a full Grind Session season, a condensed CAA season and a longer AAU season with showcase formats.

This 2021 class has met every obstacle possible and many are still looking for their next spots after HS.

We look at the Top-10 PG’s in the 2021 class:

1. [player_tooltip player_id="703792" first="Tyrone" last="Washington"] Compass Prep

-A rare Top-50 unsigned player. He has guided his team to the Geico Nationals and not many have played better in the entire country.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="811095" first="Jayden" last="Nunn"] Dream City

-Another rare unsigned top player. I personally feel he is one of the most underrated players in the country. He can do it all.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="874188" first="Javon" last="Small"] Compass Prep (Pictured)

-The East Carolina commit has been terrific next to Ty Ty all year. His defense and distributing the ball has been top notch.

4. [player_tooltip player_id="885820" first="Jalen" last="Scott"] Paradise Honors

-The Colorado State commit is the top passer in the AIA and was my Co-POY in 4A. He makes next level passes look easy and his shooting has dramatically improved in the last year.

5. [player_tooltip player_id="590836" first="Justus" last="Jackson"] Edupirze

-An athletic scorer and passer had a good season despite getting injured during the Grind Session. He is deciding which school to play for next year.

6. [player_tooltip player_id="809688" first="Brett" last="Hardt Jr"] Phhoenix Prep

-The DePaul commit has a great feel for the game and had many big time games during the long season in the Grind Session.

7. [player_tooltip player_id="611407" first="Simon" last="Wheeler"] Bella Vista Prep

-An IUPUI commit should be phenomenal there. He has speed on speed and can score it. Arguably the flashiest player in the state.

8. [player_tooltip player_id="809703" first="Derick" last="Kaps"] Highland

-A very athletic two-way player can make plays and he's another who has improved his jumper as well. Kaps will be taking a post grad year at Phillips Exeter on the East Coast.

9. [player_tooltip player_id="809681" first="Keiren" last="Brown"] St Mary’s

-A physical PG uses his body and frame getting downhill and is a good passer. He can make a catch-3 plus post up opposing guards. He holds multiple D2 offers.

10. [player_tooltip player_id="809680" first="Ricardo" last="Sarmiento"] Phhoenix Prep

-The Western New Mexico commit is a shot maker and tough on-ball defender. His pull-up is legit and he extended his range.

5 Others:

1. [player_tooltip player_id="932093" first="John" last="Gaines"] Glenview College Prep

-A speedy ball handler with good athleticism is garnering D1-D2 interest. An exciting player in the open court can throw it down and score it on many ways.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="809730" first="Tony" last="Elliott Jr"] Desert Mountain

-A long and lean athletic PG was impressive all year long in the AIA. His bounce, size and skill improved in the last year but his passing makes his game go.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="809699" first="Carson" last="Kelly"] Chandler

-An undersized yo-yo handle scoring lead guard is a fun watch. He can score it on all levels and is tougher then he appears.

4. [player_tooltip player_id="703811" first="Jason" last="Kimbrough Jr"] Mountain Pointe

-A fast two-way guard can score it and has one of the best floaters in the class. He can shoot it, defend it and pass it.

5. [player_tooltip player_id="932153" first="Chianti" last="Clay Jr"] Hillcrest Prep

-Another undersized guard with volleyball line 3pt range. He has a shifty handle and gets hot in a blink of an eye.
