Connor Turnbull Connor Turnbull 6'9" | PF Ft. Zumwalt North | 2022 State MO 6’10″ Fort Zumwalt North: The athletic 2022 forward scored a game-high 25 points in the Panthers’ 67-52 victory over host Pattonville in the Class 6 sectionals. When North got off to a slow start, he started to assert himself and the Panthers quickly took control of the game. Connor also goes to the Tyler Hansbrough school of try to dunk everything you possibly can around the basket.
Tarris Reed, Jr. 6’10″ Chaminade: The 2022 standout scored a game-high 32 points to lead the Red Devils to a 57-40 victory over visiting Marquette in the Class 6 sectionals. Big T displayed the power game with several dunks along with finesse with his footwork and soft shooting touch on turnarounds and mid-range jumpers. He just picked up an offer from the University of Illinois this week.
Trevon Brazile Trevon Brazile 6'8" | SF Kickapoo | 2021 State #213 Nation MO 6’8″ Kickapoo: The 2021 jumping jack was a force at both ends in the Chiefs 72-60 victory over Nixa in the Class 6 sectionals. The Mizzou recruit had 18 points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots as he dominated the action inside with his explosive athletic ability and motor. He also entertained the crowd with a few thunderous dunks.
Luke Northweather Luke Northweather 6'9" | PF Blair Oaks | 2022 State MO 6’9″ Blair Oaks: The Luke of Wardsville scored a game-high 31 points in the Falcons 68-46 victory over Buffalo in the Class 4 sectionals. The 2022 forward was dominant with his mixture of low-post scoring, drives and perimeter shooting. He was also named the Player of the Year in the Tri-County Conference. He is averaging close to 30 points a game.
Jevon Porter Jevon Porter 6'11" | SF Tolton Catholic | 2022 State #110 Nation MO 6’11″ Father Tolton: The 2022 wing scored a game-high 29 points in the Trailblazers’ 67-36 victory over Montgomery in the Class 4 sectionals. With older brother Michael Porter Jr. of the Denver Nuggets in the house, Jevon showcased his perimeter skills and three-level scoring ability, which includes deep 3-point shooting range.
Jack Lawson Jack Lawson 6'7" | SF Lutheran South | 2021 State MO 6’7″ Lutheran South: The 2021 forward continued his strong postseason run with 24 points, 10 rebounds and seven blocks in the Lancers’ 64-50 victory over St. Francis Borgia in the Class 4 sectionals. He is averaging more than 20 points a game during the playoffs.
Josh Bowes 6’6 Bolivar: The 2022 forward scored a game-high 26 points to lead the Liberators to a 51-45 victory over Rolla in the Class 5 sectional. A physical post player, Bowes has come on strong during the postseason.
Alex Morales 6’7 Van Horn: While the Falcons guards were handling the scoring, the 2022 forward was holding it down inside with 15 rebounds and four blocks in a 69-55 victory over Ruskin in the Class 5 sectionals.
