Jimmy Dorsey Jimmy Dorsey 6'6" | SG Wellsville | 2022 State KS , junior, Wellsville:
Dorsey has exploded this year. He’s only been held to less that 17 once in the last 10 games. The 6-foot-5 junior has been so consistent this season, and he’s a great complement to veteran Jackson Showalter and Kaden O’Neil. He is capable of big outbursts – he has several games of 23 or more. Wellsville hasn’t played many close games this year, so it will be fun to see what the Eagles do when challenged.
Jevon Hill Jevon Hill 6'7" | PF Trinity Christian | 2022 KS , junior, Wichita Trinity:
The 6-foot-8 Hill isn’t necessarily a post-up banger, but he’s probably the top ‘big man’ at the tournament this year. He’ll have a few inches on nearly everyone who guards him at the tourney, and that might spell trouble, as he can get his shot off from deep. He’s shown he can be an elite threat from behind the arc, even hitting eight 3-pointers in one game. Hill is a tough complement to Bryson Perez Bryson Perez 6'4" | SG Andover Central | 2023 KS on the wing and gives the Knights a lot of diversity.
Jayce Korf Jayce Korf 6'2" | SG Lakin | 2021 State KS , senior, Hugoton:
Hugoton has a lot of weapons, and Korf is one who can really light it up from the perimeter. The honorable mention 3A returner is a smooth 6-foot-3 veteran who can take the ball inside off the bounce or take the shot on the catch or off the dribble. He is a patient and team-oriented player so he’s not always lighting it up. But he’s a solid and versatile wing who can do a lot of things.
Tyler Little Tyler Little 6'5" | PF Galena | 2023 State KS , sophomore, Galena:
The 6-foot-5 Little was there a year ago when Galena was making a run at the state title. He’s back again after earning honorable mention in 3A as a freshman. Like teammate Brett Sarwinski Brett Sarwinski 5'10" | PG Galena | 2022 State KS , Little is a multi-sport star who has spent a lot of time on the big stage already. He can do a lot on the perimeter and in the lane, and he excels running the court. His combination of length, athleticism and skill makes him one of the top sophomores in the state.

The 6-foot-5 junior isn’t necessarily a ‘wing,’ because he has the ball in his hands all over the floor, and he’s so good at directing the attack. But at his size, he’s much more than a pure point guard. He plays above the rim and can rebound and guard big men. He’s got a solid outside game, but he really excels taking the ball to the rim.
