<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top Class of 2021 standouts from Friday night’s district championship games around the state.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="994440" first="Jaden" last="Monday"] (Van Horn): The electric 6’0" point guard scored a game-high 25 points in the Falcons’ 61-52 victory over Williams Chrisman in the Class 5, District 14 championship game. He took things over in the second half when he scored 15 points after halftime.</p>
<p>Leroy Atkins (Sikeston): The high-scoring shooting guard erupted for 38 points in the Bulldogs 69-54 victory over Cape Notre Dame in the championship game of the Class 5, District 1 tournament. Atkins scored the first nine points of the game to get the Bulldogs off and running.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1042408" first="Alijah" last="Carter"] (Pattonville): The athletic 6’3" guard scored a game-high 26 points in the Pirates’ 59-55 victory over SLUH in the Class 6, District 5 championship game. Carter plays with a motor that doesn’t stop and he was able to dominate with several tough drives to the basket.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824156" first="Kyle" last="Conkright"] (North County): The 6’0" guard scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Raiders to a 78-59 victory over Farmington in the Class 5, District 2 championship game. It was North County’s first district championship in 26 years.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824151" first="Jack" last="Lawson"] (Lutheran South): The 6’7" forward had 20 points, seven rebounds and four blocks to lead the Lancers to a 72-65 victory over Vianney in the Class 5, District 3 championship game.</p>
<p>Lucas Kimbrough (East Newton): The 6’0" guard scored 20 points, including his 1000th career point, in the Patriots 66-58 victory over Mt. Vernon in the Class 4, District 12 championship game.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="824195" first="Trey" last="Brown"] (Rolla): The 6’5" forward scored 19 points in the Bulldogs 68-63 overtime victory over Marshfield in the Class 5, District 9 tournament. He had one of the most clutch moments of the postseason when he was fouled attempting a 3-pointer with 0.8 seconds left with his team trailing by three points. He calmly sank all three free throws to send the game into overtime.</p>
