<p>Grand Rapids Union hosts one of the premier high school showcase events of the season tomorrow featuring a number of high-level prospects and programs who have legitimate state title dreams. Below I’ll highlight each matchup and the top prospects from each team.</p>
<h5>Northview vs Union, Saturday 1 pm</h5>
<p>Grand Rapids Northview and Union will start off the showcase in what should be an intriguing matchup. Northview is led by [player_tooltip player_id="787685" first="Kyler" last="Vanderjagt"], who is one of the highest-ranked prospects in the state, and highly athletic guard [player_tooltip player_id="864018" first="Jalen" last="Charity"]. Also keep an eye out for youngsters [player_tooltip player_id="987644" first="Tyran" last="Thomas"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1111924" first="EJ" last="Ryan"].</p>

<p>Benton Harbor and Detroit Douglass entered the 2021 season as two of the favorites to compete for the Division II State Championship as each team is stacked with talented rosters. Douglass is led by the number two ranked player in the state and future Michigan State Spartan, [player_tooltip player_id="811091" first="Pierre" last="Brooks"] Jr. Douglass also features a dominant big man in [player_tooltip player_id="811104" first="Javantae" last="Randle"] and another talented forward [player_tooltip player_id="863967" first="Fran" last="Exceke"]. Benton Harbor has a plethora of talent across the board led by [player_tooltip player_id="814589" first="Kentrell" last="Pullian"] and [player_tooltip player_id="983506" first="Delrecco" last="Gillespie"].</p>

<p>Forest Hills Northern and Williamston will conclude the showcase in what figures to be one of the premier matchups of the year. Forest Hills Northern has arguably one of the best backcourts in the state led by [player_tooltip player_id="811128" first="Ethan" last="Erickson"] and [player_tooltip player_id="814560" first="Trinidad" last="Chambliss"]. The Huskies also feature newcomer via transfer in [player_tooltip player_id="980052" first="Gavin" last="Fisher"], who is one of the most underrated prospects in the state, in my opinion. Williamston has a fantastic frontcourt in [player_tooltip player_id="863935" first="Max" last="Burton"] and [player_tooltip player_id="811112" first="Brandon" last="Hunt"].</p>
