Who’s Heating Up: 3A

<p>3A has had few teams near the top all year long in Gratsville, Juab and Manti. There are a lot of teams that could shake things up and a few teams heating up at the right time. </p> <p><strong>Hottest Team</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Grantsville Cowboys</span></p> <p>With a last second loss to Summit Academy last night there could be some trouble for other teams as Grantsville will recalibrate. Davin Ekins is playing lights out and tuhker Mulford is also playing really well. They could be the team to beat. Tuhker can shoot lights out and they have a ot of role players. </p> <p><strong>Team Heating Up</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Summit Academy Bears</span></p> <p>With a group of players that have a lot of experience the Bears are playing well. They had a huge win over #1Grantsville. They have played a tough overall schedule and lost a heart breaker to Judge Memorial at the buzzer. Despite a few losses the Bears are rolling and with a player like Zach Englebright and [player_tooltip player_id="1042600" first="Owen" last="Anderson"] the Bears are dangerous. They also have size with [player_tooltip player_id="933809" first="Cody" last="Knight"]. </p> <p><strong>Hot Team</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Juab Wasps</span></p> <p>Juab has rattled off 9 wins in a row and they are rolling. Colorado Mesa signee [player_tooltip player_id="755635" first="Ty" last="Allred"] is playing some great basketball as he is almost averaging a double-double a night. He is a player that can take over especially with his guard skills and his size. Juab will be a tough team to beat come playoff time. </p> <p><strong>Been Hot</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Manti Templars</span></p> <p>For the past few years Manti has been in the mix for a state championship. They have a strong tradition and they do have a next man up mentality. players that haven’t played a lot one year will be an intrigal part of their success the next year.
