Week 11: Top Performers

Houston cruised to a home win over Arlington Friday night.

Christian Brothers rallied to win at MUS to stay undefeated.

This was a good week of high school basketball.

Here are the top performers from this week.

Marcus Long II, East Hamilton: Long had 19 points in the Canes’ 79-49 win over Ooltewah. Eller Haynes had 14. [player_tooltip player_id="1021825" first="Cade" last="Pendleton"] finished with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Ashton Munson had 11 and Jordan Harris provided 10 points and seven assists.

Long joined the 1,000-point club this week.

TJ Thomas, FACS: Thomas led the Crusaders with 26 points, seven rebounds and four steals in a win over Trinity Christian. Josh Ward had 24 points, five rebounds and four steals. Corey Savage provided 12 points and five rebounds.

Alex Anderson, Tipton-Rosemark Academy: Anderson led the Rebels with 23 points in their 67-31 win over Fayette Academy. Tyler Byrd finished with 14.

Zane Lawhon, Midway: Lawhon had 11 points, six rebounds and four assists against Sweetwater.
