<p>Week 7 is underway and we have got a big slate of high school hoops going on this week in Indiana. Let us dive on in and take a look at some highlights of Tuesday’s night of hoops. </p>
<p><b>New Haven survives Fort Wayne Snider </b></p>
<p>In what was a fairly close game throughout, New Haven was able to survive a late run from Snider beating them 78-72. The main story coming out of that night was New Haven’s [player_tooltip player_id="874207" first="Thomas" last="Latham"] having one of the best nights of his high school career with a 34 point, 13 rebound double-double. As far as top performances from Snider, there were three prospects that scored 17+ points with <strong>Aidan Lambert</strong> with 17, [player_tooltip player_id="870249" first="Karson" last="Jenkins"] with 18, and <strong>Jade Moore</strong> being the leading scorer with 24 points. After last night’s games, both teams are now 5-3 on the season. New Haven will host DeKalb on Saturday while Snider travels to Fort Wayne Northrop on Friday. </p>
<p><b>Hamilton Heights dominates Lebanon</b></p>
<p>Last night saw the Hamilton Heights Huskies defeat the Lebanon Tigers, 60-33. Western Michigan commit [player_tooltip player_id="783145" first="Gus" last="Etchison"] was the leading scorer of the night for both squads with his 21 points. This game was very lopsided for the most part of the contest with Hamilton Heights pretty much getting anything they wanted to on the offensive end. Lebanon (4-5) has had an up and down season so far but is about to have a stretch of games were they can start to gather some wins. Hamilton Heights (4-1), on the other hand. has had a really good season so far even with 6 of their first 7 games being postponed. Hamilton Heights will take on Northwestern on Friday. </p>
<p><b>Evansville Reitz picks up their second win of the season </b></p>
<p>Reitz has had a tough start to their season with a ton delays and postponements. In what was their first game since their Dec. 4th game against Vincennes Lincoln, the Panthers were able to beat Jasper, 79-60. <strong>Jaydn McHugh</strong> was the leading scorer for Reitz with 15 points. There were 4 other Panthers that scored in double figures with [player_tooltip player_id="874175" first="Ethan" last="Higgs"] dropping 14 points, [player_tooltip player_id="783155" first="Owen" last="Dease"] with 12 points, <strong>KT Tinson</strong> with 12 points, and [player_tooltip player_id="870244" first="Gavin" last="Schippert"] with 10 points. Reitz will have a slightly tougher weekend as they host Bedford on Friday and travel to Terre Haute South on Saturday. </p>
