If utilized correctly these players can be the difference makers for their teams in this upcoming High School season...whenever that may be.

[player_tooltip player_id="1076638" first="Jeff" last="Davison"] 6’2 - PG / SG - Cleveland

[player_tooltip player_id="1076638" first="Jeff" last="Davison"] is a natural athlete. He plays football and is a star quarterback only losing 2 games in 2 years. He brings over his quarterback skills to the court. He is a natural passer by trade. So it makes sense that Jeff would be an assist machine when it came to basketball. He has great court vision and has improved his shooting ability. I watched Jeff play at The Elite Gerry Freitas End of Summer Invite Showcase in Phoenix this fall where he was a totally different player. He shot the long ball well and had multiple defensive stops. He was able to get to the rim easily and had more than one steal. Jeff is a great glue guy for any team.

[player_tooltip player_id="1076645" first="Kasen" last="Sparks"] 6’3 SG - Mayfield

[player_tooltip player_id="1076645" first="Kasen" last="Sparks"] could be Mayfield High Schools sleeper. When this kid gets hot he gets really hot. He shoots the 3 ball exceptionally well. A solid defender who knows how to get defensive stops. I once watched Kasen hit four 3’s from 2 feet outside of the college 3 line. Kasen could flat out shoot. He works very well off a pick and roll and has a very quick shot which makes it difficult to defend.

[player_tooltip player_id="1076640" first="Aaron" last="Canizales"] 6’2 SG - Cleveland

[player_tooltip player_id="1076640" first="Aaron" last="Canizales"] had a good year. He averaged 13-17 points a game with multiple assists and rebounds. Aaron is another player who has improved his game during the pandemic. He stayed active playing in multiple Grassroots Tournaments throughout the fall. He is the type of player who has to watch the ball go through the basket to get hot. Once he does he is in his zone. A very good defender with quick hands and quick feet. He is a slasher by trade with a nice mid range jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id="1076647" first="Wyatt" last="Van Meter"] 6’7 C/PF - Bosque

[player_tooltip player_id="1076647" first="Wyatt" last="Van Meter"] is a solid big man. A big body who has a high block percentage and defends well. He has good footwork in the paint and manages to get a lot of rebounds. He knows how to box out and use his large frame. What really impresses me about Wyatt is his shooting ability. It’s always nice to see a big man who can shoot. Wyatt shoots the 3 ball in high percentages and has a solid mid range game.
