Class of 2021 Rankings: Stock Risers (Wings)

<p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the top stock risers from the wing position in the latest Class of 2021 rankings.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="824117" first="Brock" last="Wakefield"] 6’4" South Iron (No. 17 to No. 10): The Class 1 standout continued to elevate his play to the point where he cracked the latest Top 10 rankings. He continues to get physically stronger, which will help his already potent offensive game as a three level scorer. During the spring, he was getting Division II offers, but now he has also added some Division I offers for his efforts.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="824118" first="Cole" last="Farrell"] 6’4" Hazelwood Central (No. 28 to No. 13): An explosive wing player who had as many highlight reel dunks as anyone in the state during the late summer. He is a show-stopper who plays above the rim, but the reason why he has moved up in the rankings has been the development of his overall game. His ball handling, decision making and 3-point shooting was also very good and he has the ability to be a lock-down defender.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="583730" first="Cachao" last="Gianquinto"] 6’3" Battle (No. 21 to No. 14): The Mid-Missouri standout showcased his excellent fundamentals and his overall offensive skill set during a very productive late summer. He was tremendous is a couple of tournaments with his scoring and playmaking ability. He also showed that he can make his teammates better with his unselfish play. He was also a very stout defender.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="824150" first="Najee" last="Williams"] 6’4" Truman (No. 48 to No. 20): Another explosive wing player who put on an exciting array of dunking and above the rim activity during the late-summer. His athletic exploits were the hook for people to see his overall game as he showcased his 3-point shooting, slashing moves and activity as a rebounder and defensive player.</p> <p>[player_tooltip player_id="824148" first="Caleb" last="Jones"] 6’2" Hazelwood Central (No. 146 to 56): A very athletic wing player who excels in a complimentary role, but he has a chance to really break out during his senior season. He has explosive leaping ability, but he plays hard at both ends of the floor and he rebounds well for a guard. He is a strong slashing threat on offense who can hit a 3-pointer to keep the defenders honest.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
