Cercone jumps right off the court to you when you watch him play. He is built super strong and athletic with big broad shoulders. He uses this athletic ability to win both ends of the floor. He moves his feet really well defensively and keeps everyone in front. He also can guard every position because of his strength and quickness. He also used it offensively with his great slashing ability. He slice through the defense and finished around the rim often. He also has a good high-arcing jump shot. He got consistent buckets for Corey Graham Elite and was the difference in the game I watched Sunday morning.

While Cercone’s squad fell short in overtime, it wasn’t because of a lack of effort from Corey Graham Eltie. Their ball pressure and defensive activity got them back in the game and Cercone was being physical at both ends. Cercone grabbed a couple huge offensive rebounds and was productive all weekend for Corey Graham Elite. He also had a couple nice takes to the bucket off the bounce where he used the jump stop to get defenders off him to finish at the basket. A glue guy who is productive whenever he steps on the court, Cercone was one of my favorite players I watched all weekend.
