Future Legends Training Showcase: Pool Play Standouts

<p>The Future Legends Training Showcase is back in Las Vegas this week, this time with a twist. It features 8 teams, two pools and a ton of talented prospects. In this article PH takes a look at some of the top performers from pool play. </p>
<p>Cole Anderson <em>6’3 SG Everybody Eats 2021 (#2PHNC)</em> - Not much to say about Anderson. He showed up showed out, and started banging shots from all over the court. The UC Santa Barbara commit has a nice wiggle, can knock down mid range shots and is dangerous when left open.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="951213" first="Marcus" last="Green"] <em>6’3 SF Prodigy 2021 (#PHSC 2021)</em> - Green may be undersized, but he plays way above the rim. It’s not just that he’s an elite athlete, but he also has the ability to be forceful with his finishes. He got out in transition and was relentless attacking the rim.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="680197" first="Jahmai" last="Mashack"] <em>6’4 SG Prodigy 2021 (#5PHSC 2021)</em> - Prodigy went 3 - 0 during pool play so Mashack was mostly on cruise control. A big time athlete, that also knocked down open shots, "Shack" showed why he’s one of the top players in the country.</p>
<p>AJ Storr <em>6’6 SG LV Orange 2021</em> - Storr was magnificent. Despite playing in a loaded bracket he still managed to put his stamp on a few games, including a 28 point outburst.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="748777" first="RJ" last="Smith"] <em>6’3 SG Team Prodigy 2021</em> - Everytime I looked up [player_tooltip player_id="748777" first="RJ" last="Smith"] was burying jumpers. 6’3 PG has a good handle, but where he was nice was as a floor spacing PG. Smith knocked down several wing, and corner 3’s helping Team Prodigy cruise to 3-0 Pool Play.</p>
