2022 6-6 F Aidan Hadaway Aidan Hadaway 6'6" | SF Lafayette | 2022 State GA – ATL Timberwolves Green – LaFayette
One of the most productive players I’ve seen this offseason and maybe the owner of Georgia’s best motor, Aidan Hadaway Aidan Hadaway 6'6" | SF Lafayette | 2022 State GA did it again. The energetic, bouncy lefty was everywhere on the court this past weekend, averaging 20.5 points and 12 rebounds. He exploded for 33 points, 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 4 blocks on Saturday night. Hadaway runs the floor like a gazelle and gets tons of opportunities in transition. In the half court when he’s not crashing the glass, he’s attacking off the bounce and finishing at the rim with authority. Hadaway has a solid jump shot and can knock down the three. As a 2022 playing 17U, I don’t know how much better and more productive he can be this time next year. It’s a scary thought.
2021 6-3 SG Robert Reisman – ATL Timberwolves Green – Gainesville
A huge stock rising weekend for the Gainesville guard. Reisman scored the ball consistently at multiple levels but most impressive was his playmaking for others. He averaged 18.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.8 assists. Against the MVA Outlawz he posted 15 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal. Reisman is a sneaky good athlete that can elevate at the rim.
2021 6-6 W Max Hrdlicka Max Hrdlicka 6'6" | SF Glynn Academy | 2021 State GA – ATL Timberwolves White – Glynn Academy
A solid legitimate D-I prospect, Hrdlicka is at the point where he doesn’t need to have great games to still be considered one of the best players on the floor. He gets his points in the flow of the Timberwolves’ efficient offense. He went for 19 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals in their 98-94 title win over XFE. Hrdlicka’s most impressive play was when he took a huge bump at the rim and finished through a 6-foot-8, 250-pounder. Hrdlicka is built for the college game.
2021 5-11 PG Brookes Kahlert Brookes Kahlert 5'11" | PG St Pius X Catholic | 2021 State GA – ATL Timberwolves White – St. Pius X
Known for his elite passing, Kahlert put XFE on alert with his shooting prowess. He canned seven threes en route to 26 points. The flashy playmaker also dished out 4 assists. Being able to play off the ball with so many other great guards has really helped Kahlert showcase his scoring talent.
2020 6-6 F Ross Shepherd Ross Shepherd 6'7" | PF Pope | 2020 State GA – ATL Timberwolves White – Pope
Headed to Georgia Tech to walk-on, Ross Shepherd Ross Shepherd 6'7" | PF Pope | 2020 State GA played well vs. XFE. He finished with 19 points, 12 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 blocks. The agile forward used his quick feet and athleticism to get past some of XFE’s more lumbering defenders. His sweet eurostep through traffic was a highlight.
