1. Ta’Quan Woodley Ta’Quan Woodley 6'7" | PF Camden | 2021 State #221 Nation NJ (2021) | Camden: The top spot could have gone one of two ways but we have gone with the future Nittany Lion. Woodley controlled the inside for the top team in New Jersey as a junior.
2. Samson Johnson Samson Johnson 6'10" | PF Patrick School | 2021 State #145 Nation NJ (2021) | The Patrick School: Johnson will immediately become one of The Patrick School’s top guns with many players re-classing to 2020. He is a talented big with quick feet that will be a top prospect.
3. Rafael Castro Rafael Castro 6'9" | PF Dover | 2021 State #157 Nation NJ (2021) | Dover: Castro finished the season as the top rebounder in the state with 440 total. He is a force on both ends and has the size and strength to dominate.
4. Javon Adams Javon Adams 6'9" | PF Olympus Prep | 2022 State NJ (2022) | Olympus Prep: Adams is an incredible athlete at 6’9. He is one of the most underrated players in the state but it will not be that way for long.

6. Manny Exauce Manny Exauce 6'9" | PF Marist | 2021 PA (2021) | Marist: Exauce will have his pick of many colleges this season. At 6’9, he has complete control of his body and his game at all three levels.
7. Delroy Smith Delroy Smith 6'7" | PF Hillside | 2023 State NJ (2023) | Newark East Side: Smith leads the Class of 2023 on this list and for good reason. The 6’5 forward has three years to fine tune his game that is already solid at a young age.
8. Chris Rubayo Chris Rubayo 6'8" | PF Montgomery | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Montgomery: Rubayo is another name that might not be household, but it should be. He scored 409 points as a junior and that number could skyrocket in his final season.
9. Charles Anyichie Charles Anyichie 6'7" | PF Ranney School | 2022 State NJ (2022) | Ranney: Ranney has two top forwards in Anyichie and Ryan Zan. Anyichie is a player that has already taken his game to the next level.
10. Devon Theophile Devon Theophile 6'5" | PF St. Joseph Academy | 2023 State NJ (2023) | St. Joe’s (Hamm.): St. Joe’s (Hamm.) has many key returning players on the perimeter. Theophile knows how to control the inside and balance the floor offensively.
