Dallas Showtyme Classic XIV: All-Tournament Third Team (17U Pools A & B)

<p>Basketball is back in DFW! The Dallas Showtyme Classic brought in some of the best players in the state and I had the chance to watch these players play in their first tournament of the summer.</p> <p><a href="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/06/DSC_0173.jpg"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-1003816 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/ph/uploads/2020/06/DSC_0173-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></p> <p><b>[player_tooltip player_id="1003821" first="Jacob" last="Owens"] - Dallas Soldiers - G</b></p> <p>Owens is a guard with good length that is a great defender. He also showed his ability to knock down three’s and score off the dribble.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1003841" first="Ja’Matthew" last="McGhee"] - Texas Legion Elite - G</strong></p> <p>McGhee was one of the best defenders in the entire tournament and made things difficult for opposing guards. He can score in a variety of ways and has a high basketball I.Q. Millhouse is a prospect to keep your eye on as he prepares for his senior year.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1003859" first="Jayden" last="Blair"] - Dallas Soldiers - G</strong></p> <p>Blair is an all-around point guard that creates for his teammates. He makes smart passes and uses his handle to get to his spots. He is also a decent scorer in the paint. Jackson brings energy on both ends of the floor and held down the paint for his team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
