What Prospects Are Producing At A High Level In Fall League?

The fall tournaments and leagues I've been attending in the Houston area are now at a halfway point with plenty of prospects showing previews of what's to come when district play starts. These performances have made me add these prospects onto my watchlist for the season. Let's talk about who these five players are in this article!     Pipkins is a 2030 prospect out of Angleton who has been putting together strong performances during fall league. In a game against a talent Crawford team he scored he scored 24 points with 6 assists. He has shown the ability to make an impact offensively while continuing to develop his overall game against older competition. His activity on the floor and willingness to make plays give him multiple ways to contribute throughout a game. Defensively, his effort and ability to stay engaged allow him to make an impact on that end as well. Pipkins is a young prospect who has continued to show flashes that make him worth monitoring as he develops.     Niggli is a 2028 prospect out of Bellaire who has been one of the players making his presence felt during fall league. He has shown good offensive versatility and the ability to create opportunities for himself within the flow of the game. His ability to make plays with the ball by going downhill and contribute as a scorer gives him different ways to impact the offensive end. Defensively, his activity in different situations and effort have allowed him to stay involved and make plays on that side of the floor. Niggli's continued production during fall league has made him a prospect to keep an eye on heading into the high school season.     Olajuwon is a 2027 prospect out of Episcopal who has continued to make an impact during fall league. He has shown the ability to create scoring opportunities while playing with confidence on the offensive end. His versatility allows him to contribute in multiple situations and make plays when opportunities present themselves especially in the open floor. Defensively, his effort,  awareness and anticipation have been important parts of his overall impact on the floor. Olajuwon's performances during fall league have continued to make him a player worth monitoring heading into the season.     Dennis is a 2028 prospect out of Booker T. Washington who has been performing well throughout fall league. He has shown the ability to contribute offensively by shooting off the catch and slashing to the basket while finding different ways to create opportunities within the team's system. His scoring ability and willingness to make plays give him the versatility to impact the game in multiple situations. Defensively, his effort and activity have allowed him to contribute beyond just his offensive production. Dennis has continued to show encouraging development and is a prospect I'll continue to monitor as the season approaches.     Durham is a 2028 prospect out of Booker T. Washington who has continued to put together strong performances during fall league. He has shown the ability to create offense and find ways to impact the game with the ball in his hands especially passing the ball precisely. His offensive versatility allows him to contribute in different situations while continuing to develop his overall game. Defensively, his activity on the ball and in passing lanes to generate steals has been a big strong factor in the team's defense. Also on that end of the floor his effort gives him another avenue to impact the game outside of scoring. Durham's continued production in fall league makes him a prospect to keep an eye on as he heads toward the high school season.
