Shouse has an elite skill that will get him recruited to play college basketball and that's his perimeter shooting ability. It's rare to find shooters with the range that Shouse has and even tougher to find guys at his size that can space the floor like he can. Shouse also showed the ability to make a kickout pass and scan the floor, especially against a zone. His college level will be determined by how tough he is defensively, as he has the length to make plays defensively and is physically capable of making a positive impact on that end of the court. Intriguing post grad wing shooter originally from Kentucky.

Humphries will have the ball in his hands a lot for Athlete's In Action this year, and for good reason. Humphries is the most talented ball handler on the team and showed the ability to get to different spots off the dribble without needing a ball screen. Humphries got comfortable and started knocking down a lot of perimeter jumpers as practice went on but his biggest impact will come from how consistently he can make plays for his teammates and set the table from the Point Guard position.

The lone Dayton area prospect on the roster, Majack comes from Chaminade-Julienne high school where he was a standout performer. Majack did a lot of the things I saw from him during his senior season of high school which included forcing turnovers defensively, playing hard and running the floor. Majack is also trying to show more of his ball handling ability as a secondary creator for his team. Comfortable situation for Majack being so close to home at the Prep level, something that's rare to see.

Jessup knocked down a lot of shots throughout practice as his confidence to space the floor stood out. I thought Jessup did a nice job plaging on balance and not trying to do too much on the court. A shooter who can fit around other talented pieces, Jessup is a shooting specialist who has a strong frame and good enough foot speed to hold his own defensively as well. I'd expect Jessup to get more scholarship interest this winter as Hawaii Pacific has already extended an offer his way.

Kuzmic is a no-nonsense type of big who has broad shoulders and crashes hard to the paint to rebound and score on the interior. Kuzmic mostly stayed within 10 feet of the rim, unless he was setting a screen on or off the ball to free up a teammate for some space. A tough forward in the paint, Kuzmic was physical and put his chest through the defense a couple times with power finishes. A winning player, you need some guys to score in the paint and rebound at the level Kuzmic does to be successful.

Another foreign forward, Skilins comes from Latvia over to Ohio. Skilins moved well without the ball and was a solid below the rim finisher. Could score at the rim with either hand, Skilins showed nice touch in the paint. Another player with good positional size, Athlete's In Action should not get bullied in the paint with their frontcourt talent on the roster.
