He keeps the ball on a string and has a smooth handle that allows him to create off the bounce. He does not get sped up when attacking and is capable of scoring through crowds around the bucket. Gallagher does not let his height define him as a player and continues to find ways to make an impact on the offensive end. Penecale also has the ability to impact the game from the perimeter, giving him multiple ways to create scoring opportunities.
