Freshman Showcase Team No. 2 Evals

He has a quick first step and he also changed speeds well to get into the lane and score on layups in traffic. He could also dial it up from 3-point range. His movement off the ball was also good as he scored off his good cutting ability.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3757326' first='Elijah' last='Carr'] (Staley): A 5'11" point guard from the Kansas City area who is an unselfish player who was distributing the basketball well. He plays at his own smooth pace and doesn't get sped up. He can create offense off the dribble and score on slicing drives into the lane. He also put in a good effort on the defensive end.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2717317' first='Jack' last='Tueth'] (Eureka): A 5'7" point guard who is small, but he has good speed and quickness. He handles the ball well and has the ability to create his own shot on offense. He can shoot the 3-pointer off the catch and he also had a nice step-back 3-pointer off the dribble.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3754272' first='Thomas' last='Storck'] (Oakville): A 5'9" point guard who has quickness and who did a good job of penetrating in the lane and kicking it out to open shooters. His pace was also good in the open court. He could also shoot the ball from the Corners to hit 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2381797' first='Owen' last='Wunderlich'] (St. Francis Borgia): A 6'0" guard who is a high energy player that stayed in attack mode throughout the event. He was fearless on the drive and he got buckets in traffic through contact. He also shoot it well from 3-point range. He moved well without the ball and came off screens shot ready when he caught the ball.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3348427' first='Gage' last='Gerhardt'] (Pattonville): A 6'0" southpaw forward with a big body who played a very physical game. He attacked off the dribble and did a good job of using his strength to back down defenders. He rebounded the ball well as he used his strength to battle for position to get putbacks on the offensive end. He did a good job of rebounding at both ends of the court.
