Offensively, he used his burst and explosiveness to attack openings, get downhill, and finish effectively around the basket. Benson's physical tools were equally valuable defensively, allowing him to stay in front of opponents and provide versatility across different matchups. His ball-handling was a clear strength, as he consistently created separation and got past defenders off the dribble. Currie handled pressure well and was comfortable creating with the basketball, giving his team a guard who could initiate offense and make plays from the lead guard spot. He was effective slowing down opposing wings while also having the ability to switch onto guards and forwards when needed. Bridges moved well laterally, competed through possessions, and adjusted to different types of matchups. He consistently won battles on the glass, absorbing contact and using his strength to secure rebounds in traffic on both ends. Smith played with a man-amongst-boys physicality around the basket, routinely working through opponents to get his hands on the ball. He was especially effective off the catch, consistently knocking down perimeter shots and stretching the floor for his team. Morris' shooting forced defenders to stay attached to him well beyond the paint, creating additional space for his teammates to operate. He consistently converted scoring opportunities while also displaying good passing ability for his size and making the right reads when additional attention came his way. Link found different ways to contribute within the flow of the offense and consistently made plays that helped his team.
