2030 Watchlist: Fall Outlook

These newly updated 2030 class rankings give us an outlook, but they don't tell the whole story of which of these freshmen will make an immediate impact on their respective school rosters and who you will most likely see climb up the rankings in the very near future. Who should be ranked lower? Who should be ranked higher? Who will explode onto the rankings scene for the first time? I am highly interested in getting to see players like this see their own hard work come to fruition. His defensive IQ and on-ball pressure are phenomenal. At point guard, he understands how to control the tempo of a game and has really good shot selection. This means fewer turnovers and more second-chance opportunities for his team. Not to mention, he's pretty explosive athletically. He has plenty of time to grow and fill out, but in the meantime, his shooting stroke on the perimeter is easy to look at, and he's already known for hitting clutch shots. So I can't wait to see if this translates to the high school level, which I'm sure it will. Also, he has that great signature Bol arm length and really good lift on his jump shot, which makes it even more difficult to contest.
