Who Will Be 3A Champs in 2026-27?

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>After previously getting close a number of times, Valley Catholic finished the season on top and captured the 3A title. The Valiants bring back a lot of talent but head coach Bryan Fraser's squad won't get a chance to defend their title as Valley Catholic has moved up to the 4A level (where they will be one of top contenders). With two other teams in Banks and Cascade Christian also moving up to 4A, it would seem it's a wide open chance for who is crowned the new 3A champion in 2026-27.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>So who is the favorite? It's hard to say. Traditionally the Lewis &amp; Clark League produces multiple state title contenders but even that is affected by the restructuring of the classification. Nevertheless, Westside Christian and De La Salle North have a lot back with returnees and newcomers. Blanchet Catholic and Salem Academy are the favorites in Salem and there's also teams from other parts of the state as Creswell, Pleasant Hill, and Riverside - led by returning state player of the year [player_tooltip player_id='2539164' first='Cooper' last='Cemore'] - will be contenders as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Who will be the new champion in 2026-27?
