At 6-foot-8 [player_tooltip player_id='2856300' first='Gracien' last='Niyonzima'] will be given every chance to make a college roster. Right now his floater needs a lot of work. Slendor.

Very raw offensively. The Euro-step will possibly get to above average by 2028. He like to handle and even start the break on his own. Truthfully Gracien needs just little skill work to be a go-to penetrator.

On defense Niyonzima struggles mightily outside 15'. He can not keep guards in front. Perry County exposed him in June. They attacked his front leg repeatedly and he definitely did not recover or drop fastly.

#92 [player_tooltip player_id='2675224' first='Landon' last='Banks'] (Arlington)

The minutes will be there for [player_tooltip player_id='2675224' first='Landon' last='Banks'] as Arlington looks to reload quickly following muliple high-profile transfers out. Banks stands about 6-foot-0.

#93 Dedric Smith (Notre Dame)

PrepHoopsTN Combine All-Star. Notre Dame Head Coach Reggie Tucker foresees Dedric leading his team one day. Coach Tucker's former guard leaders include: JaCobi Wood, Alex Hyder, Jasen Brooks, Gabe Leeper, and Maguire Evans. Wood and Jasen both earned Division I offers out of high school.

Good decision-maker. Quicker than the average high school guard. Poised.

Dedric registered an 11.48 time twice in the Lane Agility drill at the PrepHoopsTN Combine in May 2026.

#94 [player_tooltip player_id='3467793' first='Benjamin' last='Webb'] (Polk County)

Last season Polk County's Wildcats did play well. They won a single district game and won just 13 overall. Conversely, Polk County guard [player_tooltip player_id='3467793' first='Benjamin' last='Webb'] was very good, scoring 22.1 points per game all while shooting 48% from the field. His sophomore season separated him from hundreds of peers statewide. Can he help his team follow? Everybody is back, so maybe.

The lefty can get to the basket in 2A. Now entering his junior academic year Webb must hit the weight room and get his strength up. In the immediate future he will be asked and expected to finish after the foul here and there.

Polk County played and plays a lot of 2-3 zone within which Webb accrued 2.7 steals nightly. He still plays defense with his hands at his hips too much though. Webb was second on the team in assists (3.2 apg).

#95 [player_tooltip player_id='2863638' first='Graham' last='Harris'] (Page)

Graham plays both guard positions for Page High. He appears to prefer running point, or at least getting the ball in his hands early in the possession. Harris enjoys lowering the shoulder and driving towards the tin. Doing this against Dobyns-Bennett High in June was successful. He drew fouls repeatedely. Harris projects as a lead guard beyond high school, if he keeps his developmental trajectory.

Peruse the complete 2028 rankings.

Follow @PrepHoopsTN.
