Under Armour 2028 Summer Standouts

With the summer live recruiting periods now complete, we take a look back at some of the top performers at the UAA and UA Rise sessions in Atlanta and Louisville. These two sessions of the Under Armour season offered an opportunity for a handful of Florida's top programs to compete on a national level. Here is a look at some of the top performers after spending a day in gym at both live period events.    A prospect on the rise in the 2028 class is Sharpe who was outstanding in the month of July. The 6'5 rising junior has positional size, high level athleticism and a high basketball IQ. He averaged nearly 20 points per game for [program_tooltip program_id='2076347' first='SOH' last='Elite'] this summer and showed how efficient he can be from the field. Sharpe is very difficult for defenders to keep out of the paint and is an improving perimeter shot maker. Not just a threat at the offensive end, Sharpe is a productive rebounder and willing defender, making him an intriguing two-way prospect.     A prospect who has earned a spot in our updated rankings later this month, Ware is a skilled, shifty, smart ball handling guard who is trending up in the 2028 recruiting class. The rising junior has a high basketball IQ and is a capable scorer and distributor. He is a shot maker from beyond the arc both off the catch and off the dribble. Ware has a good command of the basketball and is a creative finisher in the paint.     Abbott is a skilled wing with positional size and a good feel for the game. He is a capable three level scorer and is a threat from beyond the arc. The rising junior is active on the defensive end and capable of guarding multiple positions. Expect Abbott to earn a spot in our updated 2028 rankings later this month.     Playing up on the 17u level, Edeoga averaged a double-double in Louisville to end the summer season with SWFL Hoops. The Charlotte High School product is a big, strong, physical frontcourt prospect with impressive mobility and a high motor. He is an efficient finisher around the rim and a very productive rebounder. A high academic prospect, Edeoga will be moving up the class of 2028 rankings.     Another prospect who is trending up, Martin is a talented, scoring guard who can put the ball in the basket at all three levels. He is a shot maker from distance, a shot creator off the dribble and a creative finisher in the paint. The rising junior changes speeds effectively with the ball in his hands and has the ability to play both guard positions. A transfer to Armwood for the 2026-27 season, he is one of the top college prospects in Hillsborough County.
