Newcomers to the Class of 2028 Rankings

PH NorCal 2028 Rankings were updated about a week ago. We had over 40 newcomers added to this rankings class. Here are more newcomers as we try to shine the light on NorCal prospects.    He truly is a newcomer to one of NorCal's top basketball programs. He's still learning and adjusting to the style of his teams play. He's a long growing wing prospect who likes to set up along the perimeter squaring up for 3-point attempts. He's adjusting his game to crossing the lane, cutting for paint touches and scoring opportunities. He has work to do. He does have movement to defend from perimeter to paint.     He runs wide and fast in transition for a team that likes to play at a fast pace at times, he'll go hard to the basket, might finish with a reverse layup, and other ways. He'll get a rebound, and push, pass early. He sets up along the perimeter, shot reay, or makes cuts to the basket. He has footspeed, lateral movement to defend in extended court, traps, ball pressure. He doesn't give shooters a clean look, flies out with hands up. His stock could go up.     Plays a good all around game. Has a skill set that makes him a threat from different spots on the offensive side. He can attack from the perimeter, post up on the block showing patience, or cut across the lane for paint points, can hit open 3's. He rebounds, handles, pushes, and passes in transition, can change direction, go coast to coast. He defends his position. He could go higher.     He's a big guard, or small forward with this group. He's not heavily pressured but does handle in open court. At 6'5 he sees over the defense, makes passes before the trap can form. He's a half-court facilitator, good handles, and stride driving into the paint using length. He works along the perimeter squares up for open 3 attempts. He has the size to defend in the paint, get rebounds, has good movement on the court. Could be ready for a breakout season.     He's earned his way into the Salesian rotation with a strong commitment to defending, was a starter at Cali-Live. He picks up full court, has footspeed, and lateral movement out on the perimeter, switching and fighting through screens. He's a ball mover, makes the extra pass. He's shot ready along the perimeter, runs wide setting up for transition 3's.     Our first look was at Cali-Live. He's a long active player, has a lot of bounce to his game. He's got the length and strength to defend inside, he'll go after blocks, grab rebounds. He has good speed running up and down the court. He comes up high for ball reversal, and screens, before rolling inside shielding defenders making himself a wide target in the post, he does have to finish better around the rim. He'll attempt to use his dribble to attack the paint. Good upside we'll keep an eye on him.
