North Augusta, SC — After recognizing the All-Tournament Team, top athletes, top ball handlers, top defenders, and top rebounders from the 8th Grade Jr. EYBL Peach Jam, our attention now shifts to the event's top scorers. With 64 teams competing, a number of prospects separated themselves through their ability to consistently produce offense against high-level competition. Whether it was creating their own shot, finishing through traffic, knocking down perimeter jumpers, or scoring efficiently from all three levels, the players featured below consistently found ways to put points on the board. Their offensive skill, shot-making ability, and scoring instincts earned them recognition as the top scorers from the 8th Grade Jr. EYBL Peach Jam…

Jace Almonte further established himself as one of the most polished scorers in the Northeast with his play at the Jr. EYBL Peach Jam. His offensive game looked advanced for his age, as he consistently created quality looks and knocked down difficult shots from multiple levels of the floor. Almonte scored with excellent pace, touch, and confidence, rarely forcing the action while still producing at a high level. His shot-making ability and refined offensive skill set translate well and continue to point toward a very high long-term ceiling.

With his team operating with a shortened rotation at the Jr. EYBL Peach Jam, Bennett answered the challenge and produced on both ends of the floor. He scored efficiently from all three levels, showing the versatility to create offense in a variety of ways without forcing difficult shots. Defensively, he embraced added responsibility, using his size and mobility to guard multiple positions and compete on every possession. Bennett also possesses a frame that projects well physically, giving him intriguing long-term upside as his game continues to develop.

Aylen Garnett separated himself as one of the premier scorers at the Jr. EYBL Peach Jam. He consistently found ways to generate offense, showing advanced shot creation and the confidence to make difficult jumpers against set defenses. Garnett scored from all three levels, played with good pace, and never looked rushed with the ball in his hands. Multiple 20-point performances reflected just how difficult he was to contain, as he carried a heavy offensive workload while maintaining efficiency. His performance marked another step forward and reinforced that his offensive skill set continues to trend toward the upper tier of the Class of 2030.

Tyce Harbin played a major role in Team Final's championship run at the Jr. EYBL Peach Jam. The wing displayed a polished offensive package, scoring efficiently in a variety of ways. He was highly effective as a catch-and-shoot threat, consistently knocking down perimeter jumpers, but also showed the ability to create his own offense by using his handle to generate separation and rise comfortably into pull-up jumpers. Harbin's shot-making versatility and ability to score without forcing the action made him one of the more complete offensive wings in attendance.

Justin Seales once again provided steady offensive production at the Jr. EYBL Peach Jam. He consistently took advantage of smaller defenders, using his strength and physicality to establish deep position and finish through contact around the basket. Seales was also very comfortable operating from 15 feet and in, where he repeatedly knocked down mid-range jumpers and made sound decisions attacking the paint. His ability to score efficiently in the half court and generate offense with his physical style made him one of the more consistent offensive performers throughout the week.

Stay tuned for more from Prep Hoops Next!
