CHSAA Team Camp

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The CHSAA had their annual team camp at Iona Prep. It is run at a great facility for a team camp. If you are a college coach near or far this is in my option this team camp is a must to attend. The games get off on time , the referees are monitored making it almost a camp for them as well. It is just plain and simple a tremendously run event. He is still very quick with the ball . Gets into the lane with strength and determination. He was in the middle of a lot of plays. He creates contact shows good body control and finishes in traffic. Very active defender. He showed a skill that is no longer noticed much …boxing out to corral rebounds or allow his big fellow to garner them. He plays that way, Big! A physical presence in the lane and on the glass. He is a big deterrent to players trying to score in the lane. More than one college coach inquired to me about him. Needless to say he had a really good showing. He plays with strength and athleticism. Handles the ball really well puts pressure on his defenders. A bull to the basket hard to deny. Makes impactful plays on both ends. But I was excited to see he has added another dimension to his game shooting the perimeter jumper. At this event when defenders were playing off him he showed the confidence to stick jump shots. Adding this to his aresenal and mind set makes him a player to watch this coming season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
