Here are five seventh-grade frontcourt standouts who anchored their teams throughout the 2026 adidas Jr. 3SSB Boys National Championships…    Bailey established himself as one of the most consistent frontcourt performers in the 13U Gold Division, reaching double figures in every game while averaging 16.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per contest. His 28-point performance against Sizzle Elite stood as the highest-scoring outing by a frontcourt player during the weekend, underscoring his ability to take over a game offensively from the paint. The 6-foot-4 forward possesses outstanding touch around the basket and is equally comfortable attacking from the high post or baseline, giving him a polished offensive package for this stage of his development. Bailey relentlessly pursued rebounds, particularly on the offensive glass, where his length, timing, and motor consistently created second-chance opportunities. He played through contact with confidence, finished efficiently around the rim, and routinely came away with 50-50 balls in his area. Bailey's athleticism, impressive wingspan, reliable hands, and consistent productivity make him a player to follow closely in Arkansas' 2031 class.     Harper showcased one of the more intriguing developmental trajectories among the frontcourt prospects in the 13U Gold Division, evolving from a traditional interior player into more of a point-forward style of prospect in a relatively short period of time. The 6-foot-4 forward provided his team with a physical presence around the basket while also displaying the skill set to initiate offense, facilitate for teammates, and create scoring opportunities from the perimeter. Harper's confidence as a ball handler and perimeter shooter continues to grow, complementing his natural passing vision and feel for the game. His ability to comfortably operate inside or step away from the basket gives him a level of offensive versatility that has become increasingly valuable in today's game. He averaged nearly double figures throughout the weekend despite playing on one of the tournament's most balanced offensive teams, highlighting both his efficiency and willingness to let the game come to him.     Standing 6-foot-6, Jones was one of the tallest and most imposing frontcourt prospects in the 13U Gold Division, anchoring Hoosier Phenoms with his presence in the paint. A double-double threat, Jones possesses a reliable set of hands, moves efficiently around the rim, and has shown noticeable improvement as an interior finisher. Although he does his best work with his back to the basket, he also flashed encouraging touch facing the rim, reemphasizing the improvements he has made year-over-year. Defensively, Jones served as a dependable rim protector and rebounding force, providing the type of interior anchor every championship-caliber team covets. While true post players are becoming increasingly rare, Jones embraces that role, and his combination of size, physicality, and improving agility places him among the headlining frontcourt prospects from the Midwest region in the 2031 class at this stage.     Westbrook brought a blue-collar mentality and relentless motor to every game, consistently impacting both ends of the floor with his toughness and unwavering competitiveness. The 6-foot-4 forward ran the floor exceptionally well, finished in transition, played through contact around the rim, and embraced the physicality of interior play. Offensively, he showcased the confidence to score with his back to the basket, attacked defenders facing the rim, and created opportunities for teammates with his passing ability. He also consistently fought for post position, pursued offensive touches, and capitalized on second-chance opportunities. Defensively, the Peach State prospect attacked the glass with purpose, contested shots, and provided the type of energy that elevated his team's overall effort from start to finish. Wheeler's combination of size, length, and athleticism immediately made him one of the most physically impressive frontcourt prospects in the 13U Gold Division. The 6-foot-5 forward is an explosive rim runner who consistently impacted the game with his quick bounce, impressive second jump, and ability to rebound and protect the rim at a high level. While his offensive game is still developing, Wheeler already possesses the physical tools to influence games without needing plays called for him. He is a fluid, mobile athlete who covers ground exceptionally well and brings an imposing presence to the paint on both ends of the floor. As he continues to expand his offensive repertoire and gain experience, his overall productivity should continue to rise.
