5 Forwards Added to Updated 2028 Florida Rankings

In a talented 2028 class, spots in our player rankings are increasingly difficult to earn. After a spring of evaluations, here are five forwards that stood out and earned their way into our <a href="https://prephoops.com/florida/rankings/2028-rankings/" id="https://prephoops.com/florida/rankings/2028-rankings/">Updated 2028 Rankings.</a>    Appiah is a very athletic wing who had a solid spring with the Florida Rebels in the EYBL. The junior has good strength, attacks the rim in the half court and in transition. He's an above the rim finisher and can also be an effective midrange scorer. He has the physical characteristics to be a high level defender and rebounder from the small forward positions. Expect Appiah to continue to rise in our player rankings.     Another wing who improved his stock this spring is Adub, who excelled playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2863450' first='Tre' last='Mann Elite']. The 6'5 wing has size, length and athleticism that translates to the next level and also displays a reliable release from beyond the arc. His shooting ability allows him to stretch the defense and can his dirbble penetration even more effective. Abud is effective in transition and plays passing lanes at the defensive end, making him an intriguing two-way prospect.     A prospect with plenty of upside potential, Jones had an impressive spring with PSB Tampa and has emerged as a promising prospect in the 2028 class. A combo forward from Sickles High School, Jones is a big time athlete with length and size. He is an above the rim finisher in transition, on the glass and in the half court. His perimeter ball skills and shooting continue to improve, which make him a prospect worth tracking in the rising Junior class.     Another versatile forward, Fitzgerald has a unique combination of size, length, skill and athleticism. Playing for A1 Elite on the PUMA circuit this spring, the rising junior displayed his ability to pass, dribble and shoot the ball on the perimeter. He sees the floor well and can find teammates on penetration to the rim. Fitzgerald is active on the glass and can finish with either hand around the rim. Expect this combo forward to continue trending up this summer.     A prospect with as much potential as almost anyone in the state, Graham has high level size with improving production in the paint. He has soft touch, is skilled enough to step out and make an open perimeter shot and is able to rebound his area. The rising junior can be a shot changer, which should continue to develop as his mobility and athleticism improve. College coaches in search of size in the 2028 class should evaluate Graham with Ball By Design this summer.
