Sophomore year is in the books for the 2028 class, but the grind has not let up one bit. The spring club season kept this group busy, and now with summer hoops in full swing, Prep Hoops Dakotas is back with an updated look at the North Dakota 2028 Prospect Rankings. There has been plenty of movement, and the storylines within this class continue to grow.
In this edition of 2028 ND Stock Risers: Ranks Update, we are shining the light on the players who have taken their game up a notch. Improved production, greater consistency, and a bigger impact on the floor have all played a role in these prospects earning a higher spot on the board.
Let's dive into the players trending up and making noise in the North Dakota 2028 class.
-Everyone likes shooters and that is what Buhr is, he is a cold-blooded sniper
-Lanky on the wing & his shooting range runs very deep, clever/smart/crafty
Evaluations are normally subscriber-only but when an athlete subscribes, theirs becomes free for all readers.
Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
-Has the length to draw attention, not many 6'8" players in ND, shoots a high FG% -Expecting Brady to put up solid #'s this next year, could lead the WDA in rebounding
-I knew he was athletic, but Ricther is even more bouncy/fast/explosive live
-Not just an athlete, Brody is an unconscious shooter, deep range, effortless stroke
