I liked the way that he never settled offensively. Hill made every effort to get to the rim and get a good look. He showed an ability and willingness to drive through defenders with his right hand. When he did, he had multiple tough finishes straight through defenders.

Anscomb is a player to watch as he goes through his high school basketball career. He is a taller guard with an impressive wingspan. Anscomb showed the ability to attack from anywhere on the floor. He attacked the rim and finished patiently off 2 feet. Anscomb also put the ball on the floor and split defenders earning him a layup. He also buried a pull up wing 3.

Dean-Weary has a lot of skill and upside to his game. He seemed like a hard worker that let the game come to him. Dean-Weary was very active on the glass whenever I saw him last weekend. I liked the way he ran the floor as well. He had a transition bucket, then later went coast coast off a rebound for a bucket. Dean-Weary was also able to score physically in traffic.

Beno impressed me in the Michigan Tribe's comeback win. He hit 2 clutch catch and shoot corner triples. They were the shots that sparked the run that led to a W. Without those key 3's, I don't think his team wins that game. So needless to say, Beno looked like a big shot taker and big shot maker.

Jones will be a player to watch over the next few years. He looked like a playmaker and scorer at the Michigan State Tournament. Jones could play fast and find his jumper in the open floor or the half court. He was an athletic shooter that seemed to often find way to get open and get a look at the rim.

The 15u division at the Prep Hoops Circuit's Michigan State Tournament featured some exciting young talent from across the state. There were a lot of players that put themselves on my radar as a scout. We're going to take a look at some of those athletes.
