The updated Alabama 2029 rankings are officially HERE and this class is beginning to separate itself as one of the deepest, most talented, and most exciting groups Alabama has produced in years. The combination of elite athleticism, explosive scoring, positional versatility, rising national attention, and high-level upside has made this class one that college programs and national scouts are watching closely.

This group has wings who can take over games, guards with advanced floor games, dominant interior presences, and players whose stock continues to skyrocket every time they step on the floor. And now, there is a NEW king sitting at the top of the rankings mountain.

No one in the state has had a bigger rise in stock over the past six months than Braylen. He hit the 1,000-point scoring mark as a freshman at Glenwood, and he has taken the EYBL by storm this spring. With invites to the Nike Top 100 Camp, consideration for a spot at the NBPA Top 100 Camp, and strong consideration as one of the Top 25 players in the 2029 class according to SportsCenter Next, Braylen is on a climb unlike many have had in recent years. He is one of the most potent and dynamic scorers not just in the state of Alabama, but in the entire country. It was a no-brainer that he was going to take over the No. 1 spot once these rankings were updated, and now the only question is whether he will remain in Alabama.

Devin made a 54-spot jump into the No. 2 spot in the rankings, and a huge part of that jump came from his play throughout the postseason all the way to Birmingham in the Final Four. He has positional size and has shown a budding skill set for his size. He is not just a low-block talent, as he displayed versatility on both ends of the floor. He is one of the most dominant interior presences in this class, and he showed his ability to carry his team. He is a multi-level scorer on the offensive end and uses his athleticism and length to impact the game defensively and on the boards.

He runs the show wherever he lands, and recently he has landed on the EYBL platform and is steadily rising on that circuit as one of the brightest young lead guards in the nation. He is at his best when controlling the game and executing from the point guard spot. Everywhere he goes, he makes the players around him better, something the nation is beginning to notice.

Even with movement at the top of the rankings, RJ remains firmly in the conversation among Alabama's elite in the 2029 class and his production continues to back it up every time he touches the floor.
