<p>PH NorCal has been in the gym shining the light on up, and coming prospects from NorCal. We are a large Region with plenty of prospects to cover. We try to see as many as we can, some we don't see as often. Here's a group of Names To Know, they're playing good basketball this Spring.</p>

He's a reliable player, standing around 6'3, lengthy arms, has good court movement. He's usually at the top applying ball pressure and trapping with his HS team. A ball mover, makes the extra pass, he helps rebound on both ends. He's made strides this Spring with improved offensive production. Aggressive finishes in transition, using his dribble from the perimeter, taking the hits.</p>

His activity around the basket is good. He can be aggressive on both ends going after rebounds, and scoring inside handling contact. He has the muscle to defend in the paint at the 16U, improving foot speed defending the perimeter. With improved passing, ball handling, and shooting he's getting reps along the perimeter this Spring. No hesitation shooting open 3's, hard dribble drives to the basket. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2517123' first='Isaiah' last='Coilton']: A versatile prospect with a thick body, they move him around. He can play both guard positions, set up at the high post at times with good passing and takes to the basket. He takes care of the ball has good passing from different spots. He's a ball handler, sets and runs the offense up top, moves the ball around the perimeter. He has solid drives into the paint, undersized but can get rebounds, and score in traffic. He will spot up for a catch 3ptr.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2881680' first='Nonso' last='Ifediora']: Standing 6'4 with a muscular body, good movement, and footspeed. He's an improving prospect, has the strength to defend in the post, footspeed to defend away from the basket. He'll go in and help rebound. He gets out in transition goes hard to the basket. His improving handles allows him to have some success attacking from the perimeter with a burst, and crossover to get to the basket.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2952314' first='Pedro' last='Silva']: An up and coming prospect in the Class of 2029. He finished his first year on the Varsity logging quality minutes. 6'5 growing he's a versatile prospect with the size and skills to effect the game on both ends of the court. He's showcasing his skills against quality competition UA Rise NBBA 15U. He's got plenty of ways to get his shot from the high, mid, and low post using dribbles and footwork. He can create for himself on perimeter, knock down the mid-range and hit the 3. He plays with energy on the defensive side of the ball, length to defend and rebound around the basket, footspeed to defend out on the perimeter. We'll see more.</p>

Bala can he handle ball pressure, sees the court a willing passer, ball mover. He has good strength and footspeed defending his position, he hustles. He has a good first step with hard dribbles going to the basket, doesn't mind the contact. He's quite capable of knocking down 3-pointers from all the key spots including setting up in the corners for catch 3's.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='3647589' first='Oden' last='Chaiha']: A good size prospect 6'3 square shoulders, has an expanding skill set. He can play different positions. He brings the ball up, keeps his dribble, patient up top. He can drive into the paint from the perimeter for kick-outs, or pull up paint jumpers, he can handle contact around the basket. Good lateral movement defending full court, makes you work bringing the ball up court.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='3174028' first='Dylan' last='Moran']: The Freshman gained valuable experience playing Varsity his first year. He's fast looks more like a combo guard at the 15U level. He does have speed pushing and looking in transition. He can run the offense up top, a willing passer, he sees the court. He's a scoring threat working off ball, can break down a defender making his moves towards the basket, he'll pull up for paint jumpers, or drop a floater. He connected on of long 3's.</p>
