This is the 4th version of the Class of 2027 Player Rankings, with the first two rounds of player rankings for this class located at the Nothing But Net Magazine website, and the last round here at Prep Hoops. I have updated this list to include the 2025-2026 high school basketball season and postseason, as well as the Spring portion of the club season. I have expanded this list from 30 to 50 players from around the Central Section. This list of players was compiled using my own evaluations, along with feedback from knowledgeable media, coaches, and other relevant basketball personnel from the Section, to make up the top 50 junior prospects for this updated round of player rankings for the 2027 Class. However, the order of players on this list is my own. This list takes into consideration two key factors in determining where players are ranked, and will be the same criteria used each time this list is updated. The criteria for these rankings are as follows: current skill level and production on the court, as well as future projection at the collegiate level. Below are the next 10 players of these players rankings, broken up into two parts, and will be followed by the next 10 players, #21-#30. In this article, you will find the following information: current rank, their previous rank in parentheses, the player's name, height, player position, and current school they are attending. I know some of the players on this list will be,or are already at different schools, but I will update that in the next round of these player rankings. We begin this updated list with big guard [player_tooltip player_id='2273494' first='Zander' last='Jensen'].

11 (7) [player_tooltip player_id='2273494' first='Zander' last='Jensen'] (6'4 | CG) - Hanford (CA)

Jensen comes in at #11 in this updated list of players, moving down 4 spots from the previous rankings. Jensen moving down a few spots is more about the level of play from the guys ahead of him, as he put up solid numbers to lead Hanford to a 3-way tie for the WYL title, averaging 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game, and earning 1st Team All-West Yosemite League honors. Jensen missed the Fall portion of the season, as he was on a 30-day sit-out due to his transfer from Redwood of Visalia, and will have the full season next year to get the Bullpups in better position for the playoffs. Jensen has a strong handle on the ball, keeps the dribble alive to survey the floor, the court vision to make reads from the top of the key to cutters, off the drive and kick pass, and up the court off the defensive rebound for transition buckets. Jensen has the moves to create space from his defender, using the crossover, spin-move, hesitation, and wrap-behind to get his defender off balance, has a strong build to score through contact when attacking the lane, on the pull–up jumper or on finishes around the basket, moves well off the ball to get open looks, and is accurate with the 3-ball off the bounce or the catch. Solid on the boards and versatile defender.

12 (25) [player_tooltip player_id='3566347' first='Von' last='Bibioff'] (6'1 | CG) - Kerman (CA)

Making one of the biggest jumps into the Top 15 and coming in at #12 is the dynamic scorer [player_tooltip player_id='3566347' first='Von' last='Bibioff']. Bibioff was one of the top scorers in the Section this past season, which resulted in his team winning a share of the Tri-County Sequoia League title behind impressive season averages of 26 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals per game, and culminated in earning the Tri-County Sequoia League Most Valuable Player award. He was also named to the CalHi Sports State Division 4 All-First Team. Bibioff is a true 3-level scoring threat with the handles and moves to create his own scoring opportunities off the dribble, using the crossover, hesitation, spin-move, behind-cross, and between-cross to get his defender off balance, has good body control on the mid-range jumper when contacted in the air, as well as creativity scoring around the basket, with the spin-move into the lay-up or floater, Euro-step, reverse, and up-and-under lay-ups to evade shot blockers at the basket. He moves fluidly off the ball, gets to his shot spots, and can catch fire, scoring in volume from beyond the arc, off the bounce or the catch. Bibioff is going into the month of June as one of the best kept secrets in the Section as far as offensive fire power goes, and will turn some heads by the end of the June scholastic live periods.

13 (NR) Kharon Parks (6'3 | CG) - Sanger West (Fresno CA)

Making his debut on this list and coming in at #13 is Kharon Parks of Sanger West. Parks is coming off a highly productive season that saw him lead the Hornets to a NYL title, the #1 seed in the D4 Section playoffs, impressive season averages of 15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals, which led to him earning North Yosemite League Most Valuable Player honors. Parks has solid handles, impacts the game playing on or off the ball, has the moves to create off the dribble, using the crossover and hesitation to get his defender off balance, has a good burst off the dribble to get into the paint, has the physical build to score through contact en route to the basket, and is accurate with the jumper off the dribble, from the mid-range to the 3-point line. Parks has good court vision to find open teammates off the drive and kick pass or out of the pick and roll action, crashes the boards to collect the defensive rebound so he can push the ball up the court, and is a solid on-ball defender with the ability to switch off on bigger players and hold his own. The Hornets return most of its team from this past season and will be one of the favorites in Division 4 in the Section.

14 (NR) Malachi Davis (6'3 | WG) - McFarland (CA)

Davis is a player that has put up huge numbers his first 3 years of high school, but I had yet to see him in person to know where to adequately place him on this list. Making his debut on this list of player rankings at #14 is the multi-sport athlete Malachi Davis. Davis had another monster season averaging 26.1 points, 10.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 4.2 steals, and 2.3 blocks per game, led his team to an undefeated season and South Sequoia League title, and earned another SSL Most Valuable Player award, which seems fitting given his contribution to the team's success. Davis was also named to the CalHi Sports State D4 All-First Team. Davis has the moves to create off the perimeter, the build to score through traffic in the paint, is effective with the jumper off the dribble from the mid-range to the 3-point line, is relentless on the boards, has the court vision to find open teammates off the drive and kick or to cutters from the top of the key, and moves well to get open looks off the catch. Davis is a versatile defender that has the lateral quickness and active hands to disrupt perimeter players, and the length and strength to hold up against bigger players in the post. I am not sure where he currently stands in the career scoring column, but he has averaged 22 points per game over his 3 years of high school ball for a total of 92 games, which mathematically puts him over 2,000 points but that is not official.

15 (20) Beau Crew (6'6 | WF) - San Luis Obispo (CA)

Rounding out the Top 15 and moving up five spots in the dynamic wing/forward from the Central Coast, Beau Crew. Crew may be the most slept on prospects in the Section, with good size, a versatile skill set, and contributes in a variety of ways on both sides of the court. Crew had a stellar junior season, and with senior Logan Missler out for the year, he had to step up his scoring average. Crew put up great season numbers, with averages of 20 points, 6.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.2 steals per game, earned 1st-Team All-Mountain League honors, and was named team MVP. Crew has the handles and decision making to run the offense from the top of the key, has the court vision to make reads to cutters, to open players on the perimeter from the post, or off the drive and kick pass, as well as up the court off the boards. Crew has the moves to create his own scoring opportunities, can backdown his opponent with use of the spin-move, fadeaway, or traditional face-up jumper from the mid-post area, is effective with the 3-ball off the catch or the dribble, and has great touch on shots around the basket to score through traffic. Crew is set for a big time senior season and will be one of the players to keep an eye of to move into the top 10 by the time these rankings are updated again.
