He handles the ball as a lead guard and showed the ability to facilitate the offense and execute what the coach wants. He showed the ability to knock down the three, which forces defenders to respect his perimeter shooting. He gets paint touches and makes plays in the heart of the defense. There seemed to be some confidence issues at certain points of the game, but as he continues to get reps and settles into the primary lead guard role, his confidence will grow.

Palmer Warnock (5'4/PG/2032/Midwest Warnock)

IG: P2shifty_22

Palmer is a lead guard who showed the ability to produce from the three as well as off the bounce. He got paint touches and showed his touch with floaters, runners, and his midi. He serves as a scorer and distributor, as he showed his ability to create offense for himself and others. He is young, but he showed a budding scoring prowess as well as a growing ability to make sound reads on the move.

Bryce Green (5'9/CG/2030/TN Travelers)

IG: Bryce_green11

X: @BryceGreen42970

Bryce showed an ability to put pressure on the rim as he is quick in the open floor. He thrived in transition, and he has bounce to his game as he can play on and off the ball. There is a lot to unleash in his young arsenal, and I do believe that he brings more to his team when he is more assertive. He showed a solid handle, shot-creation ability, quickness, and backcourt positional flexibility. There is a lot of intrigue surrounding his game.

Keyvon Holmes (6'2/G|F|C/2030/Bucketboyz)

IG: 24clipzzzzz

X: @vontootrimm24

Keyvon is a versatile talent who plays the 1-5. His versatility, evident on both ends of the floor, is what makes him impact the game at a high level. He plays a physical brand of basketball and had a significant advantage when he was operating in the post with his physicality. He showed low-post dominance at times, a face-up game with the ability to get downhill, inside-out scoring versatility, and the ability to effectively play in transition or in the half-court and produce at whatever the pace of the game.

Quan Casby (5'2/CG/2032/[program_tooltip program_id='2358547' first='BMaze' last='Elite'])

IG: qtosmooth_2

Quan is a combo guard who keeps defenders uncomfortable from the moment he crosses half court. Despite his smaller stature, he plays with fearlessness, craft, and a shifty style that makes him extremely difficult to stay in front of. His ability to break defenders down off the bounce was a major strength throughout the game. He consistently used changes of pace, solid handles, and creative angles to get into the lane, where his craftiness allowed him to navigate traffic and finish or create opportunities for teammates. He was a huge factor in the full court pressure defense his team likes to play.

Owen Spriggs (6'3/PF|C/2030/Team ERA)

Owen is an interior presence whose length was a factor on both ends of the floor. He produces with his interior scoring, shot-altering defense, and high activity on the glass. He has a wiry frame, so spending time in the weight room this summer has to be a priority as he gets ready to take his talents to the next level.

There was no shortage of young talent in the gym, and several guards and versatile pieces made their presence felt with skill, confidence, and flashes of long-term upside. These are names that are still developing, but the tools are there, and the trajectory is worth tracking closely…
