The Sweet 16 is where seasons hang in the balance. Some teams survive and move on. Others see their run come to an end. But even in exit, there are performances that demand attention with games that reveal growth, toughness, and long-term potential. While the bracket tightened, these players made statements that won't soon be forgotten…

Jeremiah Stone (5'11/PG/'28/Florala)

IG: jeremiah_stone01

Jeremiah is a young lead guard with a purposeful handle and budding PG IQ. He impacts both ends of the floor with his play. Offensively, he showed his multi-level scoring prowess while being able to orchestrate the offense when needed. It is evident that he will have the keys to the team as Florala begins to set their eyes on next season after their Sweet 16 exit. If he continues on the trajectory he is on, look for him to develop into a ferocious playmaker over the next couple of years. He is a lead guard who, as mentioned, plays both ends of the floor, and when we look at him defensively, he is really good at forcing ball-handlers into turnovers.

James Wright (PG/'26/Geneva)

IG: jwri.ght1

James is a lead guard who showcased a mature floor game in the Sweet 16 with his ability to balance scoring and facilitating. He is one of the toughest small guards I have seen in this round, and he puts constant pressure on the defense, keeping them off balance. He is extremely comfortable and confident on the perimeter playing on and off the ball, and he has game instincts that help him to impact the game at a high level.

[player_tooltip player_id='2797199' first='Jordan' last='Davis'] (6'2/'27/Decatur Heritage Christian Academy)

IG: jordan_corde0

X: @jordancorde0

Jordan had an efficient Sweet 16 game, showcasing his scoring arsenal, despite the loss. He is a multi-level scorer who showed his ability to put pressure on the defense off the bounce while also producing from behind the arc. He is a crafty guard with a deep bag and an understanding of how to use it. Despite the loss, he has had a stock rising season.

Rickey Speights ('26/Tanner)

IG: 256_r1ck

Rickey is an athletic guard who uses his athleticism to impact both ends of the floor. Offensively, he can play on and off the ball, and as good of a facilitator in which he can be, he showed that he is at his best in the Sweet 16 when he was able to be on-ball and have the freedom to operate and look for his offense. He is a multi-level scorer who draws a lot of attention, and still does a good job finding ways to produce. Defensively, he is quick and uses his quick hands and feet to be a menace and create turnovers.

Samuel Taylor (5'11/F/'26/Marion County)

IG: samuel_taylor10

Samuel is a versatile perimeter prospect who showed a mature floor game in their Sweet 16 loss. He impacted the scoring column with his ability to produce from all levels. He did not have his most efficient night from behind the arc, but he found other ways to provide point production. His energy was high, and he fought to the end.

Tyson Hamilton (5'10/CG/'28/Boaz)

IG: TysonHamilton002

Tyson is a young backcourt prospect who plays on and off the ball. Despite averaging 10+ ppg and shooting 35% from behind the arc for the year, he struggled to get it going during the Sweet 16, but did not allow that to affect his overall effort, energy, or willingness to compete on both ends of the floor. There is no questioning the talent, and with two more years in front of him, look for Tyson to be mentioned again.

The Sweet 16 is where seasons hang in the balance. Some teams survive and move on. Others see their run come to an end. But even in exit, there are performances that demand attention with games that reveal growth, toughness, and long-term potential.
