West Coast National Circuit – Session 1 Player Standouts (Phoenix) – Part 2

This past weekend's Rising Stars Invitational – West Coast National Circuit Session 1 provided the ideal environment to evaluate both familiar prospects and players new to our radar, allowing us to gain accurate, live evaluations for our rankings. The level of competition and structure of the event created meaningful opportunities for players to separate themselves. Below are several players who stood out and made a major statement throughout the weekend. ⸻ <a>Tyler Dwyer Jr.</a> (2030) Tyler Dwyer Jr. is a promising point guard prospect. At 6'2”, he has the ideal size and frame to step in and compete at the high school level right away. He played with good pace and vision, managed the game effectively, and showcased a reliable mid-range jumper throughout the weekend. With his strong feel for the position and foundational tools, he projects as a quality long-term prospect. ⸻ <a>Myles Scott</a> (2030) Myles Scott was a joy to watch throughout the weekend. He played with consistent energy on both ends of the floor and showed a clear willingness to do whatever his team needed to win. His impact was felt across the board—defending, rebounding, and knocking down timely three-pointers—making him a dependable and valuable contributor. ⸻ <a>Maceo Jackson</a> (2031) Maceo Jackson put together a very productive weekend, consistently showcasing his versatility on both ends of the floor. He proved to be a high-level wing by attacking the basket and finishing strong in the paint, while also showing the ability to knock down the three-pointer. Defensively, he guarded multiple positions and rebounded well for his 6'4” frame, adding to his overall impact. ⸻ <a>Tanner Lyman</a> (2031) Tanner Lyman showed significant long-term potential throughout the weekend. At 6'5”, he competed with a high motor on both ends of the floor, consistently finishing strong through contact. Defensively, he did a good job protecting the rim and using his size and effort to impact the game. ⸻ <a>Duane Eason</a> (2031) Duane Eason was very productive throughout the event at the point guard position. He consistently attacked the paint and displayed a strong understanding of when to score and when to facilitate. Eason finished elusively through contact while also creating quality scoring opportunities for his teammates, showing a mature balance of scoring and playmaking. ⸻ <a>Naz McCoy</a> (2034) Naz McCoy established himself as one of the lead point guards in his class this weekend. He demonstrated strong floor leadership and the ability to consistently create scoring opportunities for both himself and his teammates. His competitiveness and intensity on both ends of the floor stood out, separating him as a high-impact guard in the 2034 class. ⸻ The Rising Stars Invitational West Coast Session 1 delivered high-level competition and strong evaluations across multiple age groups. These prospects not only stood out individually but also set the tone for what should be an exciting and competitive season on the National Circuit.
