CIAC Upperclassmen: Wings to Watch

He's a multi-level scorer that has the ability to overpower defenders on drives, plays with creativity as a ball-handler, and shows some tough shot making traits. Defensively, he plays with great intensity, showing the ability to guard up and down a position with his combination of size, strength, and athleticism. One of the top wing's in the country, few can match his combination of scoring and athleticism. He continues to develop as a perimeter shooter, is a tough shot maker late in the shot clock. and has the ability to get to the rim whenever he wants off the bounce. An impressive athlete, the 6'5" wing can get a basket anywhere on the floor, particularly in the paint where his combination of size, athleticism, and touch stands out. He does a nice job of moving without the basketball and makes shots both in the mid-range and from behind the arc. The 6'4" wing is an inside-outside scorer that plays at his own pace, has terrific footwork, and does a nice job of passing from the block and high post. He has good instincts as a cutter and a nose for the ball on the offensive glass. The 6'3" wing can do a little bit of everything on the offensive end of the floor. He makes shots from behind the arc, can operate as a creator with the ball in his hands, and makes great decisions in transitions. He's a two-way rebounder, defends up and down a position, and is consistently in the right spot in rotations.
