DuPont

For someone who averaged 18.5 points on the weekend, Conrad did it efficiently and with so few dribbles. He crashed the boards well for a guard and hustled for transition to buckets. The bulk of his points came from how he played off the catch. Conrad knocked down multiple treys and, when that wasn't there, got to the paint with a quick rip through or made the extra money. He put up 21 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals & 1 block versus Polytech and 16 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists & 3 steals versus Laurel in the chip.

[player_tooltip player_id='2715753' first='Za-Bryan' last='Eley'] | 5'10 G 2027 Laurel

Throughout the tournament, Eley executed extremely well at point guard for the Bulldogs. In game 1, he did a lot of facilitating at first, putting his guys in position to score by freezing or moving defenders with his eyes then making simple passes. But when the Dragons made a late surge, Eley repeatedly attacked the basket for 13 fourth quarter points. He had to take a different approach to keep pace with A.I. in game 2. Eley still distributed, but he more frequently picked his spots to score, highlighted by four threes. The junior floor general notched 21 points and 4 rebounds in each match, plus 6 assists versus Glasgow and 4 versus A.I.

[player_tooltip player_id='2836619' first='Jakhi' last='Green'] | 5'8 G 2029 Glasgow

Green made his mark Friday evening when he went ballistic versus Laurel. The freshman guard nailed SIX catch-and-shoot threes. After the first couple went in, he was unconscious, hitting the last three all in the third quarter. Green was a major factor on defense as well. He poked the ball away from opposing guards and picked off passes to get the ball back to the Dragons. He stretched the floor by cashing in a trio of threes in each contest. into open space when the defense went zone, he was able to smoothly catch and release. His football build made him a factor on the glass and on defense as well. He scored 14 points in both games, plus 6 rebounds, 2 assists & a block against A. I. duPont and 4 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 block against Glasgow.

[player_tooltip player_id='2625272' first='Amir' last='Robertson'] | 6'2 G 2026 A.I. duPont

After a balanced two-way performance in the victory over Polytech (14 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists & 5 steals), Robertson fired home a barrage of shots from all over the floor to beat Laurel. He got going early with his first of three triples then mixed in off-the-dribble jumpers. And with his solid frame, he did damage at the rim as a slasher and drew several fouls. Robertson was also instrumental in picking apart Laurel's defense with quick passes into the zone. Overall, he erupted for 25 points, 2 boards, 5 assists, and 3 steals.
