He can play in a variety of different defensive coverages with his ability to cover ground and protect the rim, and he has the ability to score inside and out on the offensive end. He sees the floor well out of the post and high-post and is a willing, talented passer. One of the top tight end prospects in the country, he has committed to play college football at powerhouse Texas A&amp;M, but he has announced that he will also play basketball in College Station. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Why he can win Mr. Basketball:</strong> As is a common theme with the last several players on this countdown, Jacobson plays on a team that is capable of winning it all in Class 4A this year. Waukee brings back a lot of production from a state tournament team, and he is the focal point for the group. He's one of the highest profile athlete in the state on both the football field and the basketball court, so he'll be known to all voters already, and if the Warriors go on a run, he'll be a serious candidate who could easily average a double-double as a senior for one of the state's elite teams. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
