CP3NMSC Central (IND) Superlatives: 7th Grade Rebounders

Lebanon, IN — The CP3 Central National Middle School Combine once again showcased the depth of talent across the Midwest, as the 7th grade division (class of 2031) impressed with its physicality, effort, and competitive edge. This group played with grit, battling for every loose ball and asserting themselves on both ends of the floor. In part four of our 7th grade coverage, we shine the spotlight on the top rebounders — players who made their presence felt inside, controlled the boards, and consistently provided their teams with extra possessions...    Aiden Comstock displayed strong timing and awareness on the glass at the 2025 CP3 Central Middle School Combine. He consistently positioned himself well to secure rebounds, using his size and physical presence to establish control around the rim. Comstock's ability to anticipate missed shots and box out effectively gave his team second-chance opportunities and limited opponents' putbacks. His combination of size, strength, and rebounding instincts made him a key contributor on both ends of the floor throughout the combine.     Tyrone Lindsey established himself as one of the premier rebounders at the 2025 CP3 Central Middle School Combine. His combination of size and length gave him a major edge on the glass, allowing him to clean up missed shots at a high rate. Even when out of position, Lindsey's long arms and timing helped him track down rebounds and extend possessions for his team. His presence around the rim consistently made a difference on both ends of the floor, anchoring his team with energy and effort inside.     Luca Lsusi was a dominant and physical presence around the rim at the 2025 CP3 Central Middle School Combine. He brought toughness and strength to the paint, consistently battling for position and winning rebounds on both ends of the floor. His activity on the glass was a major asset, creating extra possessions offensively while limiting second-chance opportunities for opponents. Lsusi's physicality and effort made him an essential interior anchor for his team throughout the weekend.     Jaxson McElvain stood out at the 2025 CP3 Central Middle School Combine with his relentless effort on the glass, showing an advanced feel for rebounding that's rare for a guard his size. He consistently positioned himself well, tracked the ball in flight, and came down with boards in traffic against bigger players. His ability to rebound outside his area was a key part of his impact, as he often turned defensive rebounds into instant transition chances by pushing the ball up the floor and putting pressure on defenses early in possessions.     Gerardo J. Rubio brought a strong physical presence to the low post at the 2025 CP3 Central Middle School Combine. He consistently used his strength to carve out space, rebound through contact, and win battles around the rim. Rubio's toughness and effort helped him secure contested boards and make a steady impact on both ends of the floor.
