-Wingfield transferred into STA after a productive summer playing up with [program_tooltip program_id='2076989' first='Mid' last='Atlantic Select'] and he continues to ascend in our rankings with his play. Wingfield really thrives as a halfcourt scorer that can get it going off the bounce from midrange but also serves as a lethal C+S target on the wings. Wingfield also plays with great IQ, understanding when to attack long closeouts and when the ball needs to be skipped to the opposite side of the floor to shift the defense. Really intrigued to see how he is used with STA at full strength as there is a ton of offensive talent on the roster.

-One of our highest risers this cycle, Yotter has been working hard with two-a-day practices for most of the offseason to get ready for this year. He had a great showing at the John Lucas camp in Texas and should hopefully carry that momentum into this season with South River. Yotter is a traditional back to the basket big that has a pretty consistent right hook from the block, has improved his footwork to become a better scorer around the basket, and has developed better feel on his boxouts to know where the ball is coming off the rim. Should be the best big in AA County basketball this season and get plenty of opportunity to showcase his skillset alongside a talented guard group.

-Our scouts came away very impressed this offseason with Hudgens 2-way production as the head of the snake for Theodore Roosevelt. He's explosive with the ball in his hands, provides a ton of ball pressure as an absolute pitbull at the point of attack, and makes the right read even while racing down the floor at top speed. A 2-sport standout that also excels as the starting QB on the football team, Hudgens will likely build on this momentum as TR's young core enters a big junior season.

-Bolding looks way more comfortable entering this season as a PG that has learned to play off his teammates to succeed both on or off the ball. The lift and consistency of his perimeter jumpshot have improved despite an uptick in FGA because he has learned when he needs to shoot and when he needs to move the ball. His vision has really improved even when tightroping his way through crowded spots on the floor like the baseline or sideline, delivering on-target passes that have some zip on them. Should be in the running for most improved player in the league as well as the All-Defensive team in the WCAC.

-McGlone has impressed each of our scouts at a different event in the past month as he fine-tunes his skillset heading into a big junior year. McGlone has made incredible strides as a decision-maker in the open floor that weaves his way through the defense to either rise up for a shot or find a teammate. Love the change of speed with the ball in his hands and how well he attacks angles with or without a ball screen. Excited to see him perform in a bigger role within SMCA's system this year with the graduation or departure of a few key pieces in their backcourt.
