Prep Hoops Missouri spent its Sunday afternoon in Rolla to watch the Missouri S&T Elite Camp. I got a chance to watch all 12 teams play in a 20-minute scrimmage, which gives me the opportunity to make some quick observations. Here is a look at a group of standout forwards who caught our eye on Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='2352744' first='Henry' last='Kokal'] (Parkway Central): The 6'8" 2026 forward was a force around the basket in the game I watched him. He was running the court, blocking shots and throwing down slam dunks with authority. At 230-pounds, he has a nice build to go along with his height and he plays with athleticism and physicality around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2353848' first='Phillip' last='Nadeau'] (Oak Grove): A 6'7" 2026 forward who showcased his versatile skill set throughout the afternoon. His passing skills were very good as he could see over the defense with his height. He was knocking down perimeter jumpers and getting into the lane to shoot over smaller defenders to use his size.

Dayton Lucas (Lutheran South): A 6'8" 2027 forward who was making things happen in the low post and on the perimeter. I like how he sealed defenders in the post as he shaped up well and give a nice target for entry passes. He was handling the ball and passing it well on the perimeter. He also stepped out and knocked down a pair of 3-pointers.

[player_tooltip player_id='2344218' first='Nolan' last='Struckmann'] (St. Dominic): A 6'7" 2027 forward who is very comfortable as a ball handler and facilitator. He dropped some nice dimes off the dribble to open teammates and he could see over the defense with his height. He could also break down defenders with some nice escape moves. He was hitting the pull up jumper and he also had a nice runner off the glass.

Trey Theis (Priar Lake, MN): A 6'7" 2027 forward from Minnesota who has a long and lanky frame. He was very active and very productive throughout the game I watched him. He was stepping out and knocking down 3-pointers off the catch. He was also scoring on the drive and crashing the offensive boards for putbacks. He was also running the court throughout the game.

Charles Barnes (Chicago Marist): A 6'5" small forward from Chicago who is a very talented offensive player. He is a matchup problem with his ability to shoot it from 3-point range and also attack on the drive. The lefty was getting buckets on some tough takes into the lane. He could also go inside and get a bucket when he wanted to.
