Updated 2027 Rankings: New Additions (Part 3)

Here are 5 more New Additions (Part 3):</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2834013' first='Juan' last='Cisneros'], Questa</strong>: Even though the Wildcats struggled from a won-loss perspective in 2024-25, Cisneros emerged as one of the top young rebounders in northern New Mexico. Averaged close to 6 rebounds per game to go along with his 3 points per game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2834006' first='Hector' last='Gallegos'], Mayfield</strong>: Gallegos averaged close to 10 points (he was the 2^nd leading scorer) and 4 rebounds per game for a Mayfield Trojan team that fell short of the Class 5A playoffs, but returns four of its top five scorers and rebounders in 2025-26. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Ricardo McTague, Hagerman</strong>: In his second year with the Hagerman varsity, McTague averaged 5.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game for the Bobcats. Hagerman returns four of its top five scorers in 2025-26, so look for them to make a deeper run in the 2A playoffs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2834029' first='Liam' last='Pierce'], East Mountain</strong>: Pierce was one of Class 3A's top 3-point sharpshooters in 2024-25. In fact, 56 of his 78 field goals were triples. He connected on 41 percent of his shots from beyond the arc. East Mountain had a pair of 3-point aces in 2024-25: Pierce and [player_tooltip player_id='2216957' first='Vicente' last='Ortiz']. Both were sophomores this past season. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2833986' first='Elishah' last='Tsosie'], Shiprock</strong>: Led Shiprock in scoring at over 10 points per game. Tsosie was one of three sophomores on the Chieftains that averaged over 6 points per game, so brighter days are ahead for Shiprock.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
