As we highlighted in our initial recap, the inaugural Blue Chip Invitational Hoops Summit was a resounding success. The event, which featured three of the top 2032 teams in the country, delivered high-level competition from start to finish. Here's a look at additional standout performers from the weekend:

Jett Hubbard (5'0” | CG | 2032 | Jackson, MO | Blue Chip All Stars)

Hubbard had a stellar weekend, establishing himself as one of the premier shooters and scorers at the event. We saw him in action a few weeks ago and came away just as impressed. He boasts a well-rounded skill set, impressive ball-handling, and plays with great pace while attacking the rim aggressively. In addition to consistently knocking down catch-and-shoot threes, Hubbard showcased a polished mid-range game and deep shooting range. His passion, confidence, and length for his position make him a promising long-term prospect with continued development.

KJ Battle (5'8” | C | 2032 | Indianapolis, IN | Hoosier Phenoms)

Battle was the most dominant low-post player at the summit. Strong and physical, he embraces contact and finishes through defenders with ease. His soft touch around the rim stood out, as did his developing footwork and post moves. Given his size and skill set, Battle projects as a legitimate long-term interior presence.

Alec Moore (5'0” | CG | 2032 | Pickerington, OH | Buckeye Prep Phenoms)

Moore was the most explosive athlete at the event. His quick first step allows him to get past defenders and attack the rim, where he finishes tough shots. He consistently created paint touches, setting up teammates with kick-out passes, and he showed the ability to knock down open jumpers. With his father having played Division I mid-major basketball, Moore's trajectory is promising if he continues to develop.

Caleb Hamilton (5'3” | CG | 2032 | Jeffersonville, IN | Blue Chip All Stars)

Hamilton impressed all weekend with his combination of size, athleticism, and scoring ability. He showed range as a shooter, was aggressive getting to the rim, and played with great effort. Additionally, his passing ability stood out, as he consistently made the right reads. With continued development, Hamilton has the tools to be a solid long-term prospect.

David Johnson III (5'1” | SG | 2032 | Worthington, OH | Buckeye Prep Phenoms)

Johnson was a consistent threat all weekend, using his slashing ability to get to the rim at will. While he thrives as a driver, his game also includes three-point shooting, elite court vision, and strong passing skills. His size, defensive intensity, and physicality add to his overall impact. With steady growth, Johnson has the makings of a strong long-term prospect.

Tyler Allison (5'5” | PF | 2032 | Newberg, IN | Hoosier Phenoms)

Allison showcased intriguing potential throughout the event. With good length and athleticism, he flashed moments that suggest a bright future. While he may not yet have a national profile, his performance in Louisville indicates that he's a player to watch moving forward.

Final Thoughts

For a first-time event, Brian Underwood's Blue Chip Invitational Hoops Summit delivered in every way. If your team receives an invite next year, don't miss out!
