MLK Shootout Top Forwards

He was just as dominant at the defensive end of the court as he blocked numerous shots as North plays continued to try him with one attack after another into the lane. He showed a nice offensive bag as he scored on low post moves and offensive rebounds. He also hit a one-legged fadeaway jumper from the elbow and he stepped out and hit a 3-pointer. One of his biggest assets as a player is his ability to run the court. He is consistently rim-running and he was able to convert a few buckets. He had some tough finishes around the basket and he is an excellent rebounder. His thick body and versatile skill set make him a matchup problem for defenders. He opened up the game with a 3-pointer off the pick and pop. He took a defender off the dribble into the lane and scored on a finger roll. He can score in the paint with good footwork and he makes good use of head and shoulder fakes. He is a tenacious rebounder who really sniffs offensive boards. He has a quick jump and he will get out of his area to corral rebounds. He was also capable of driving it from the high post and scoring with a strong finish.
